Perfect for our stay!

The house was perfect for me and my mom. We especially liked the fully equipped kitchen which had everything we needed. We also liked the little garden and the fact we could park our car directly in front of the house. We were happy to see the host made up beds in separate rooms like we asked for (as we did not want to share a room). Also we had a few questions during our stay and the host was very quick to respond our messages. The house is located in a quiet area, very close to the train station that will take you in approx. 45 min to Edinburgh. Also Larbert itself is quite charming and has some nice places for a walk. Approximately 1-1.5h drive to the start of the highlands for walks to Ben Lomond, Conic Hill, ...

The only thing we missed in the bathroom was a hairdryer, which we expected to be there as it was mentioned in the description on booking. The house had a little porch, which is very nice during colder periods to sit in. However, both chairs definitely needed replacement.

The property was lovely and clean spacious But the couch wasn’t big enough for four adults had to sit on a dining chair Couldn’t open a bottle of wine due to no corkscrew Couldn’t cook the first day as couldn’t get hob n oven to work Never thought to look behind microwave for switch and no info in pack Although landlord sorted it when I phoned straight away

Superb

There was a last minute changeabout with plans as the previous holidaymaker caught covid so the place we had booked was unavailable. The people at Kelpies serviced apartments were great at sorting alternatives and very accomodating.

The fridge in our first accomodation seemed to be broken, or at least not cold enough to keep my friend's medication chilled with no way to adjust it. There was an alternative offered elsewhere in the building when we enquired though!

Lovely clean house with lots of space!

Three bedrooms, so my wife and I could sleep apart for once (we don’t usually sleep well on holiday in a double bed as we like space to spread out - kingsize bed at home) The property was very clean, nicely furnished, with a wonderful power shower. Great kitchen, modern and clean. The house was just what we needed for exploring - the Kelpies (of course), Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument, the Falkirk Wheel and Edinburgh.

The view from the kitchen window! Just a few plants in tubs would have made it nicer to look out on. (But if that’s the only negative we found, good on ya! 😁)

Amazing!! So Clean ! Will definitely be back

Great location close to Larbert Train Station. Apartment was spotlessly clean and in a lovely neighborhood. Local shop was just up the road for groceries too. Hosts were really helpful and friendly and i would definitely stay again.
