Basic flat, served a purpose.
Location good, flat was clean
Facilities could have been better, kitchen utensils very basic, not enough glasses or cutlery for 4 people. Some maintenance needed. Beds comfortable but nothing else in the room.

nothing much very basic
there was a huge dining table and chairs in the living room and a massive space in the kitchen. sofa would only fit 3 at a push, not very good for 4 people staying. 2 people stayed and there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, one of us had to go without a shower

Location is great, quiet residential area. Liked having a full house rather than just a room. Beds were clean and comfy.
Needs a spring clean, dusty and marked paintwork and walls. Stained couch and fridge smelled of soured milk. Washing machine smelt damp so didnt use it. More kitchenware would be helpful
