The property was clean, comfortable and good value for money.

AS has been mentioned in other reviews, there is only a basic level of things provided in the kitchen in terms of plates etc. Max 4 of anything and only 2 or 3 of some items. Easy walk to a coop with takeaways nearby and short distances to local attarctions such as the kelpies make it an ideal location for exploring the area. For a business, they aren't great at responding to messages. In the lead up, I had questions about things like the size of the freezer that I had to ask more than once. I also lost the house keys and called and messaged at 9.56pm but in the end, after speaking to booking.com nearer mdnight after searching for keys, I had to source alternative accomodation for a night. I find it disapointing there was no emergency contact number so this could have been resolved. The member of staff dropping of keys the next day was 30 minutes later than agreed on the phone and this was frustrating as we had rushed to meet them. (I appreciate they were helping me out for my mistake, but I let them set the time to meet at the property).

Location good, flat was clean

Facilities could have been better, kitchen utensils very basic, not enough glasses or cutlery for 4 people. Some maintenance needed. Beds comfortable but nothing else in the room.
