Birch, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite basin and WC, and a twin, along with a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed side and front decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Choose Caravan 10 (93), for a lovely stay in Stirlingshire. Note: Although this is a single-storey property, there are steps up to entrance, please take care. Note: The sofa bed is for flexible sleeping arrangements and not for an extra two guests.
