This flat is impeccable. I have nothing bad to say about the flat itself. It's so nice and cozy, all facilities you could need were available, everything was taken care of. All sorts of utensils, all sorts of cups, dish soap, shampoos, cooking ingredients, bottled water, a flatscreen TV with all streaming services available and free wifi. Perfect for families as it's got two rooms and a large dining table for family meals. Also situated on a nice, quiet street. The host was also very nice, quick and communicative. He responds to guests in a timely manner and lives really close so any problems can be dealt with quickly.
The lockbox was difficult to get the keys out of. I couldn't get it open and had to call the host to come help me, which he did in 5 minutes.
Check out time could be a little later, and the host wasn't willing to let me leave later even though nobody was staying there after me. The check out time is listed on the site, yes, but some flexibility would've been nice.
This stay would've been perfect if it wasn't for the downstairs neighbours. They are not guests, they live there. They were INSANELY loud. I mean, constant banging and slamming from the moment they got home from work to when they went to sleep at 11:30 pm, then again the next morning when they left for work. I couldn't concentrate on anything, even watching TV because they were so loud, it was like they were working on a DIY project and building furniture everyday, along with blasting music. It went on for hours, every single day. They even set the fire alarm once and it sounded throughout the entire building, then smelled like smoke in the flat, and I heard them screaming and laughing about it. This was all on weekdays, not even a weekend when it would be more understandable. I contacted the host to ask if there was anything he could do about this, and he said that because they are residents and not in a bnb owned by him he couldn't do anything about it. Which is understandable but I feel like he could've at least made the effort to come over and ask them to quiet down. So the flat itself was great but the neighbours made evenings pretty unbearable.

Really handy for the Uni which was why we were here. Handy for BoA and Dunblane as well as Stirling. A great base.
There was no information that the parking was restricted height. We have an SUV with a roof box so couldn’t park in the space and had to leave the car out on the road. It would be worth mentioning this in the blurb.

The flat was clean, the beds were comfy and it was close to the town with its pubs and restaurants.
For those of us who never need heating at home it’s disconcerting to wake to no hot water and no heating. Please please place instructions on how to use the hot water service and turn on the heating. There is no instruction manual. We searched high and low but had to wing it. Luckily this worked for us but we had to wait an hour for the water to heat.

This location was perfect for our needs. It was situated in a beautiful neighborhood and made walking to the downtown area so enjoyable! It was also very nice to have a dedicated parking spot....although its a very tight fit! Our flat was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and nicely set up. The communication leading up to our vacation was also very nice.
The only somewhat negative aspect I can think of is that the shower head was a little loose, and it would spray all over if you weren't super careful! Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!

Location in Bridge of Allan was perfect for us. Residential road was very quiet. Flat was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. All perfect!
Few things that kitchen lacked: scissors, oven gloves, egg cups and more kitchen towels.
But these were very minor omissions. On the whole the place was very well equipped.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Bridge of Allen, 5 minutes drive to Stirling university & Stirling only a few minutes more.
The apartment is in a quiet area, with parking.

The only thing we missed was a full length mirror in the bedroom.

They were in the key safe ready when we arrived, however a few hours later another guest arrived saying they were booked into the flat,Martin came and sorted this out as we had confirmation we had booked and paid
The description of the property said it had a dishwasher but after much hunting for it it was confirmed there was no dishwasher? Also windows did not open very well and when they did we could not shut them

Easy to access, very clean & modern. Spacious for the 3 of us.
Liked the fact that all self-catering consumables were there so we didn't need the washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel and toilet rolls we took with us. Also had a small supply of tea, coffee & sugar plus toiletries to tide you over til you found a shop.
Beds were comfy, more pillows available if needed.
Light and airy being on open to 3 aspects.
We would definitely recommend.
Parking spot was narrow but manageable for a car. May struggle if you have a larger SUV, for example.

L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et récemment refait. Le quartier est très calme. Séjour très agréable
Les fenêtres sont très difficiles à manipuler, surtout à refermer. Dommage que les deux supérettes proches de l'appartement ont fermé, il a fallu prendre la voiture pour acheter à manger.
Attention à l'adresse, Kenilworth Court est difficile à trouver sur les cartes, il faut plutôt chercher le bâtiment à côté du 25A Kenilworth Road (le navigateur nous avait emmenés à 7 Kenilworth Gate, où il y avait une boîte à clef sécurisée aussi, que nous n'arrivions pas à ouvrir évidemment).

Sehr sauber sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage, große Wohnung, sehr hilfsbereit (wir haben uns ausgesperrt und es wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten geholfen). Von Sterling aus haben wir tolle Wanderungen in den highlands gemacht, waren im Loch lomond schwimmen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt auch Spätabends noch, nette pubs, insgesamt nur zu empfehlen!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
