Welcome to our ground floor apartment located in the heart of Stirling, Scotland. As soon as you arrive, you`ll be greeted by breath-taking views of Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument, which can be admired from various points throughout the town. Our space is perfect for both family vacations and business stays. The living room is a modern space, complete with a smart TV, dining table for four. The cosy atmosphere of the living room is sure to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you`ll need to prepare meals during your stay. From pots and pans to a range of appliances, you`ll have everything you need to cook up a storm. The kitchen is also modern, bright, and spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to use. The master bedroom is a cosy and modern space, with a comfortable king bed and fresh linens and towels. The room is flooded with natural light and has a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring that you`ll get a good night`s sleep. The second bedroom is equally as comfortable, with a double bed, a large chest of drawers for storage, and a large wall mirror. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a modern, welcoming feel. The bathroom is a bright and modern space, with a new walk-in shower and fresh towels. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the local area. The bathroom is also spotlessly clean, ensuring that you have a comfortable and hygienic stay. Overall, our apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Stirling. Whether you`re here for a family vacation or a business trip, we have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We are happy to welcome one well-behaved dog, known to us as a VIP (Very Important Pooch). A dog bed is provided for their comfort.
Please ensure your dog is not allowed on the beds or sofa, as this helps us avoid stains or damage and maintain the apartment to a high standard.
The property has access to a shared garden area to the rear. If your VIP uses the garden, we kindly ask that you leave the garden as you find it, cleaning up after them so the space remains pleasant for all residents.
Dogs should not be left unattended if they are prone to barking, and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours at all times.
No Parties or Events:
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. This is a residential area, and we ask guests to respect our neighbours.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment. If smoking outside, please dispose of waste responsibly.
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, in consideration of neighbouring residents.
Care for the Property:
Please treat the apartment with care and report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Parking:
Free on-street parking is available directly outside the apartment. Please park considerately and in accordance with local signage.

A lovely home to stay in, in the heart of Stirling. The home was fully handicap accessible for my mother on crutches, with an easy step in shower and all on the first floor of the building. Alastair was wonderful and very communicative, and when I had a question about the WiFi he responded to my text right away! One huge plus was the wonderful guidebook we reviewed upon arriving, with personalized tips and recommendations for the area - you can tell this property and thee entire town is loved by the owners. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Alastair and family!
