Great location within easy walking distance of the centre. Having a large Tesco directly across the road was very convenient. The flat itself is beautiful, with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s well equipped with everything you could need, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, and useful extras like tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid. Plenty of storage space, along with towels, linen, a hairdryer, and an iron provided. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Parking is pay-and-display directly outside the property, which may be a slight inconvenience for some. Also, although the Tesco across the road is very handy, it doesn’t have a café. The sofa has seen better days and isn’t the most comfortable, as you tend to sink into it rather than sit on it.

Location, lovely flat.
The bathroom door didn't close properly or even have a lock. As I was sharing the flat with my adult son, we had to take the unnecessary step of putting something heavy against the door every time we used the bathroom. Although the owner has known about this for some time, they said it can't be fixed for another month as they're busy.
The only dampner on the flat.

The price and location were excellent and plenty of space.
The neighbours were very noisy. Girl across the landing had lost her key so was banging on the door for about 20 mins (which cant be helped by the host but didn't help our annoyance)
The flat itself was very tired and needing some upgrades. None of the doors closed fully and they are creaked. The only door that closed was the bathroom one but it had to be locked to stay closed. This might be a fire safety thing but I don't know.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower doors were all still covered in water splash marks and the floor wasn't very clean.
The double bed was also quite uncomfortable, could maybe do with a comfier mattress or a mattress topper. The dining chairs in the living room were the wobbliest chairs ever, thought they were going to collapse, we couldn't use them.
It's hard to say we wouldn't come back because of the price and location but some of the above need looked at.

Beds were comfy, shower pressure was really good. Sky TV available but remote inconsistent. Location was good with Tesco directly opposite. Paid parking available outside. Quiet area. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. WiFi was good.
The garden was overgrown and unusable, covered with weeds and some litter. Disappointing when garden activities are planned based off the photos. Front door to the building does not close at all and is not secure. Back door although you could close it was also always open so free entry from both sides for anyone to walk in. Bathroom door quite difficult to lock. Kitchen cold water tap does not work. Had to buy bottles of water. The front door pictures are not of this property and are further down the road and the interior and garden pictures don't reflect current condition.
