Lovely, homely feeling property.

Lovely, good value property with homely feel. Great location for visiting the uni & city centre, with private parking. Really spacious living space ~ there wasn't anything we needed that we couldn't find in the kitchen! 2 full bathrooms, a nice change from just a second wc. (1 with more accessible shower - fantastic for my older parents) Plentiful hot water & more importantly for late October, great heating system. Definitely saved as a favourite for future whole family visits! Thank you 😊

Good value stay for touring

Well kitted out with all the appliances you would need. Very clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to a very good pub/restaurant.

Location was in a housing estate and while the house was excellent, the areal did have some less well appointed properties.

A CONVENIENT SELF CATERING PROPERTY

It was a clean, tidy self catering house. centrally located to Stirling. The off street parking was greatly appreciated.

Access to the parking was a little tricky especially as neighbouring cars were very close to the entrance.

Beautifully decorated & well maintained, beds lovely & comfortable & fact that 2 bathrooms was perfect. Towels +bedding were good quality, kitchen had everything we needed +more. Great that Tesco wasn't that far away

Spacious house, well equipped, spotlessly clean, great location for exploring Stirling and surrounding area

The garden wasn't completely enclosed..it was open to the drive/street, which isn't ideal if you have a dog or small children. Also, a seating area would have been nice in the garden...at least a bench or table and chairs.

Spotless and very comfortable modern house with great hosts

Spotless house with all mod cons. All modern which is rare in Britain. The hosts were super-helpful.

The location is not so handy but, I guess, modern houses like this don't exist in the old town. Used taxis to get to the city center, aprrox. 6 British pounds one way, so very affordable.

We had a really lovely family mini break, it was like a home from home.

We loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen, the utility was a great space for our dog and we all enjoyed the spacious living room. We found the beds really comfortable. The location was great too, within walking distance of Stirling and Bridge of Allan. Our dog enjoyed the river walks from the front door/Bridge of Allan.

The glass recycling at the back door needs sorting out.

Very comfortable and warm house with good space for everyone

Kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher with tablets provided was a nice touch. The whole house was extremely clean.

The front door was a little difficult to lock sometimes but we got used to it.

it suites our needs

The property was nice. It was within walking distance to coffee shop, co-op and many other necessities. Great private parking. It has many items for small children like high chair and pack and play.

The smoke alarm went off and we were not able to get in touch with anyone. The numbers given did not work. Half of the lights were out in the kitchen and not replacement bulbs. The outdoor trash and recycling were overflowing.

Clean enough on the inside, the overflowing bins on the outside were a turn off.

Walking distance to Wallace Monument and takeaways and not too far to walk to Sainsbury’s. I liked the two bathrooms upstairs and the bath for kids. Inside the house was clean.

When we got there the rubbish and recycle bins were overflowing ,looked like wood panels sitting beside the bins. We figured the bins would be taken out when we were there, but no. Their was no room for our rubbish, so we left it inside to prevent vermin.Also, we were left with an old used sponge to clean the dishes with.

Many safety issues: 2nd exit is locked with a key which is not onsite, carpet is loose and bunched up causing a tripping hazard, bathroom floor is peeling up and dangerous, had to stand on a chair in the dining room to hand roll the shades up and down, shower hose broken, numerous lights out, no instructions to operate the house heating and appliances, no window screens, entire house needed painting, etc., One kitchen towel and one bath towel per person and had to buy our own paper towels and low on toilet paper. In summary-worst stay through Booking.com-gross!
