Le parking gratuit et le quartier calme. Un fish and chips à côté. Un personnel réactif car nous avons eu un souci de chauffage.

The view is amazing, the kids loved watching the trains and the hills
It is on the 2nd floor which I didn’t realise before booking and we hand elderly family members visit us as well as lots of luggage when we arrive

Appartement spacieux, propre et lumineux et calme, très agréable et confortable. Bonne literie. Bien situé pour se balader un peu partout, pays incroyable. Allez faire du vélo ou marcher au bord du Loch Katrine, à 30 mn. Et Stirling castle superbe, toutes les routes autour aussi....et skye. Parking facile et gratuit (attention en Écosse d'ailleurs facile d'avoir une amende sur les parkings notamment à Luss prés de l'hôtel en arrivant et en général sur les parking eye Ltd si on ne paye pas, même pour 10 mn ou le soir, caméras....des voleurs!). Très bonne TV. Appartement à recommander.
Des couverts solides et plus d'ustensiles de cuisine seraient utiles (casseroles, plats....). Contact satisfaisant mais juste professionnel. L'escalier est ok il faudrait juste ajouter la lumière en bas mais ça va, 2 petits étages quartier calme.
