Advised to attend a takeaway next door to collect keys, advised in key safe, no code given. Rang mobile & left a message, no reply, had to leave property to email, took half an hour to receive a reply with code on. Not what is needed after a 5 hour + drive

Provide WiFi, as it is advertised A lock on the bathroom door, bedroom door that shuts, being cleaned & kitchen to be adequately furnished. To be clean, especially the kitchen & bathroom, it needs new carpets. Provide bedside tables & lamps Let people know it's above a takeaway

Enjoyable few days as mostly out

Room sizes were superb. Could be a fabulous apartment if cared for a little

Property requires electrical rewire, new floorboards, cutlery, maintenance in general. Could not open keys are on arrival, had to call and the code had been changed! Everything just a bit grubby and unloved.

There was no wifi - lots of things needed fixing (toilet basin took hours to fill, front door handle was all but falling off). The online booking mentioned to go to an address for the keys, which turned out to be a takeaway and they had no idea about us coming (had to call the landlord instead)

A wonderful surprise. A very well situated gem of a flat.

A fabulous size and a wonderful surprise of a gem of an apartment. Big and comfortable, perfectly situated on the main street in Cumbernauld village.

The booking system was a bit tricky and anxiety inducing when we couldn’t get in touch with the person to take payment until the very last minute when we were already in town… hoping this wasn’t a scam. it wasn’t and we managed to get someone and make payment and get the instruction for the key… and then we can fault the flat itself.

Not as described. Very basic.

Rooms were warm, beds clean, good hot water supply.

No WiFi, no microwave, no hairdryer. If the only cooking utensil you needed was a potato masher you’d have been ok. Only 1 decent glass. When we arrived I had to put a new light bulb in a bedroom, the one light didn’t work. There was broken glass on the bedroom carpet, and a wet smelly towel in the washing machine.

Could have used a few extra drinking glasses as there were only a couple in the apartment between 4 of us, but other than that, everything was spot on.
