Excellent location just next to Grindelwald station, floor heating
Well equipped but bad maintained facilities, such as washing machine and kitchen exhaust hood were broken when we just arrived. Apartment staff was not helpful for all the situations we met, but replying the similar sentences “I sincerely apologize for …… Your concern is very important to us …….”. These make me feel like I was talking with robot.

centrally located to the train station with good accessibility. responsive staff
caution if you have big luggage as no lift available and apartment appears dated, small and cramped for 4 pax. toilet is old and not very clean with stains over toilet.
