First Apartment - Aare Jungfrau AG

This apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted. It has a really comfy bed! The host is wonderful and accommodated all of our needs. The laundry room was a bonus. Great location and so close to shops, restaurants and the train station.

The accommodation has a great location and was clean.

The accommodation was a huge disappointment for us and not worth the price. The apartment was hot and there was no air conditioning. When we contacted the host, we were simply told to open the windows, but the mosquito net was not properly secured to the window frame. The water temperature in the shower changed extremely quickly between hot and cold — we could almost get burned. We had also read about this issue in previous reviews, so apparently it still hasn’t been fixed. Furthermore, the host was not cooperative at all. They made no effort to help resolve any of the issues, even when we asked for a 3 PM check-in instead of 4 PM, we were told it was impossible. We probably communicated with a chatbot throughout the entire stay. The photos uploaded by the host appear to have been filtered and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.
