Good place, terrible terms and overprotective host

The place was nice, all the hassle around it ruined the experience.

The 45min introduction, the rule book the size of the bible, the constant reminders on pieces of paper saying if you break this you get fined. With the cash deposit it feels like the host is just holding you with big leverage. I understand careful hosts, but this one is too much. The fact that the host expects so much we end up cleaning the last 1h of our stay...And the end having to wait for the host to finish his inspection of 30 minutes. And all of this could have been prevented if the host would send us this information beforehand. Cause then I would have canceled my booking and would have never came.

Formidabel, super leuke dagen gehad.

Een ontzettend leuk, geriefelijk, proper, groot huis. De ontspanningsruimte en fitnessruimte + infraroodcabine ook super leuk. Ligging en goede ontvangst en bereikbaarheid van de hosts prima. Super vriendelijke ontvangst.

Het enige mindere puntje dat ik dan kan aanhalen zijn de matrassen. Die vonden we niet zo goed, maar dat was nu voor 2 nachten geen ramp. En kon ons positieve ervaring op deze prachtige locatie niet verpesten. Maar is meer bedoeld als Tip voor de hosts.

Een heel ruim huis met veel te doen voor de kinderen

Er stond wat veel decoratie overal zodat er weinig plaats was om eigen spullen te leggen. Vooral in de winter niet zo handig met sjaals , wanten, mutsen , leesboeken enz.

Geweldig, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wij waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in Villa Agni. Onze groep bestond uit 11 volwassenen en 12 kinderen. De accommodatie biedt meer dan voldoende ruimte en mogelijkheden om je met zo'n grote groep te vermaken. We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen, waarnaar we een rondleiding en uitleg over de bijzonderheden/extra's die deze accommodatie heeft kregen. Ook bij het "uitchecken", werd alles netjes afgehandeld.

Sehr sehr unfreundliche Chef und sehr, sehr penibel

Der Chef!!!! Das Haus ist schon älter die Türen könnte man nirgendswo gut schließen fast alle Türe hatte kein Schlüssel am Anfang wo wir angekommen sind war kein einzige Toilettenpapier in Toiletten dann Haben wir uns beschwert dann hat der Chef uns paar Stück gebracht für den Tag. Obergeschoss hat die ganze Zeit gestunken. Das Haus war sehr sehr warm und die Klimaanlage und die Ventilator waren leider sehr sehr schwach. Meine Familie ist von verschiedene Länder gekommen und keiner hatte bis jetzt so eine Erfahrung mit Ferienhäuser. Von dem Kaution haben wir Nix wieder zurückbekommen, weil er jeder einzelne kleine Tegel Gläser alles fast vierfach teuer verrechnet hat und der am Ende auch sehr sehr unfreundlich und sehr sehr penibel war beim kontrollieren. Das Haus hat jeder einzelne Teller an die Kanten angefasst und kontrolliert, ob irgendeine Kante kaputt ist. Das ist für eine Ferienhaus, die für 24 Personen geeignet ist, eigentlich sehr sehr geizig.

Heerlijk huis voor grote groep

De ligging, faciliteiten, bijna elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer. Fijne bedden. Genoeg plek om te eten, zitten en mooie speelkamer, sauna en fitnessruimte. Contant met eigenaar goed.

Dat we de eindstand van de elektriciteitsmeter niet konden opschrijven, omdat er nog 1 vaatwasser draaide (kost 25 cent?)

Tof vakantiehuis

Zeer compleet en goed gelegen vakantiehuis. Veel faciliteiten en een goed voorziene keuken. Op wandelafstand van Barvaux en rustig gelegen. Prachtig en groot terras ook. Wij waren met drie gezinnen, totaal 18 personen. Ieder zijn kamer en badkamer, alles zeer netjes.

Aanvankelijk was de eigenaar strikt in het uur van checkout, maar we mochten dan toch blijven tot 14u zonder probleem. Vriendelijke mensen.

We hebben mega genoten

We hebben in de kerstvakantie met 20 personen (10 volw en 10 kinderen) 3 nachten gelogeerd in Villa Agni Het was echt helemaal top. Super groot huis voorzien van echt alles. De keuken is heel uitgebreid top woonkamer en woonkeuken. Vooral de kelder voor de kids was heel leuk met een airhockey, tafeltennis en poule tafel. Daarnaast de eigenaar echt super aardig en behulpzaam. En alles heel schoon.

Équipement hyper complet! La cuisine très bien équipée, la salle de jeux à comblé nos enfants …. Et les grands. Les enceintes Bluetooth sont très très bien pensées!
