Need for improvement

The quiteness

There was no mosquito net there n any of the windows . It was hard to sleep in so much warm weather with closed windows and the moment we opened windows bees came in

Worst nightmare

Property number E102- Previous occupant had vommited in the property. They cleaned it but the smell was horrible. They were unable to get rid of the horrible commit smell from The property. We complained on day 1 as soon as we got the keys but they are saying they cleaned but the smell was horrible through out. We asked for change of apartment and they could not provide it. Worst thing is they did not let us vacate too. When we went up reception to check out, they acknowledged that the smell was horrible and no one deserves it . When asked why they let that property us , they said they did not have any vacancy. The only thing they could offer us was 75 euros refund. I asked them to use for deep cleaning or to buy new couch. On top of that they very rude. I still don’t understand how they could give that apartment to anyone. I travelled with my daughter and she got ill. Family toilet is horrible too. Puke was stuck there too. Will not recommend to anyone. Accidents can happen and it’s about how we deal with it. They dealt super poorly

Good family apartment

We booked 1 bedroom apartment. It was specious. All kitchen facilities were available. Veey Good location.

Hot water were not available. In shower Hot water wasn't available or too little. Wifi raange is very poor.

It was okay, but we'll probably not return

The furnishings were modern

We paid a deposit, which was not indicated in advance. Upon arrival we were told that the costs for heating and electricity would be deducted from the deposit. Also, the dishwasher was not clean so we had to clean the dishes afterwards ourselves.

Only the location

Everything else, the carpet looked like it was 20 years old, one of the pillow covers had a nasty stain on it and even though we had paid 48 hours in advance for the towels so that they could put them in our room before we arrived we still had to go pick them up ourselves and not to mention the fact that staff were rude even though it was their fault.

Total scam

!!!SCAM!!! Do NOT stay at this property. The price they quote for the stay is absolute false advertising. Not only do they not provide sheets, towels, or toilet paper, they also charge you for the electricity you use. They hold your deposit for two weeks and charge you the highest price during those two weeks. There was even a clock on the wall, but you have to bring your own battery to make it work.

large security deposit on your credit card and paying for your electricity

it is modern and spacious enough and the location is great

I was surprised ( not in a good way) that they would fine you for leaving dishes in the dishwasher and all sorts of other penalties they could impose as they ask for a substantial security deposit beforehand, also, paying for your electricity, is something I have not encountered before, and then the resort is not value for money after all

We really like the location and the place in the Hill is very nice. We have all we needed in the appartment. We took our food and our own bed clothes and was great! Very close to everyrhing! We enjoyed every moment of our stay! We highly recommend this place! Thank you dear reservation team!

Beds were not clean. Very expensive extra elektricity cost: 100 euro extra for 1 week. The houses are not isolated, so the heating is necessary/expensive.

Where do I have to start , first of all when you looking for an hotel , it's not an hotel . You need to pay extra for towels , you need to pay extra for bedlinen, you need to pay for your electricity, you need to write down the rooms electricity meters ( 2 pc) yourself when you check in and when you check out . You also need to pay 240 euro deposit, that they will refund you 2 weeks later . So all and all I paid 450 euro including the deposit for 1 night stay . They have many add on the listed price . Really many , it's was not pleasant stay for us , like more stressful. You have to make up your own bed put the pillow case on your own. Spiderweb is also included. No shampoo or soap and even disposable toothbrush in the room. and bring also the bedlinen back when you check out . When you want hotel service, don't go there :) We used to stay in 3- 4 star hotels on our holiday in Belgium . This was the only experience we will not forget :) all the rest in Belgium was perfect 👌

Quit and comfortable trip between the natural

The appartment was very modern and clean , very quit place , with comfortable speace

The rent price is higher little bit , the electricity is saparite payment , there are not too much kids activity, the beds are not comfortable, there are no shops near the residence, the endcleanprijs is higher

A good idea with a lot of surprises…

- Quiet - nice modern looking place at first sight - well equiped - micro wave and hoven (without instructions for use). - 1h from Spa Francorchamps track on the opposite way as all other people go when leaving the circuit. Good idea !

- Complex way to pay for the deposit in advance and Difficult to get the deposit back (I did even not know I will have to give a guaranty deposit and to pay for electricity when booking). - toilets not clean at all ! - bath access and exit very difficult and dangerous and not recommended for old people - door stopper in the middle of the living-room. Ouch my toes ! - strange way to put roof lights… on the wall. - very soft bed - come with your food, there is absolutely nothing around to feed the fridge

Very peaceful and quite place. Good service when arriving on the night time, where the manager put the key in a box and called me with instructions.

The pool was smaller than expected from the fotos. I missed a balcony or something, but it was not on the pictures and in the description, so I could not expect a balcony.

The recycle facilities. This was unclear and no way to separate your trash in the apartment. Recycle spot outside was unclear. The sign were faded were to put which trash.

Good overaal but a lot of small stuff that should not exist

The bathtub under the roof,I got some blue spots from hitting the baterry abd my tall husband hit his head multiple times. Needs modernising. Didn't like that they charge deposit and you pay for the usage of the energy, also didn't like the whole 3 page check in sistem, who has time to read all that ?? Make an account etc weird too weird You also pay for cleaning , is included in the price, but you have to clean it yourself and take the gardbage with you,, really weird, otherwise you get a fee. We didn't have a dishwasser and would have been nice to have it. The check out times are too constraining, only from 9 to 10 and u have to stay in the queque. Check out time is ridiculous, only to 10 indtead of 12!! It messes up your morning because u have to wake up early and clean .

It could be great but it needs a lot of work.

The best was the view, furniture and comfortable beds. Water was really hot. location was really good.

Houses are not very old but after a closer look, they look very tired. Modern interior try to hide construction issues and mold witch is the biggest problem. You can smell it and you can fill it. We couldn't sleep in our bedroom and we moved to living because of the smell. One of the toilets was even worse. But biggest problem are hidden costs. Rent price is just the beginning. Wood for fire place, sheets and towels, pets payment and electricity. Everything runs on electricity and that's quite standard in Ardennes, but 48c/kWh is just a robbery. Especially in the winter. Those things practicly dubble the price.

nice place, modern, well equiped

there is a lot of stuff you have to do by your own, clean, take out the sheets and put them in a bin near the check out area, write your own electricity usage from the meter downstairs… and pay extra for electricity usage.. not an issue with paying for electricity, all the heaters are eletric tho. but not really a place to stay if you just want to relax,
