Goede ligging omdat er alleen bestemmingsverkeer komt. Hoge bomen omringen het huisje waardoor voldoende schaduw en dus redelijk koele begane grond in zeer warme zomer. Keuken én het ruime woongedeelte zijn goed uitgerust. Leuk dakterras met uitzicht op het bos.
Bij binnenkomst ruikt het binnen muf naar nat hout/ blad. Niet alleen de keuken maar ook de badkamer en slaapkamers op zolder zijn best wel krap. De slaapzolder is te warm tijdens een zonnige zomer tip: neem je eigen ventilator mee. Keuken en badkamer zijn ietwat versleten/verouderd.
