Property handled our early check in request really well, we had long trip across Europe and needed a place to freshen up for a night

Stairs inside the apartment to reach the 2 single bad placed were kind of hideous it didn't feel safe at all to use it

Very disappointing

Lock box was easy

Pool was closed and we were not informed. The pool is not next to the apartment but at the entrance of this center Parks style residency, shared by many other apartments. We had to leave coins on the table for tourist taxes and towels and sheets are a 5€ per person extra option. If I go on vacation I want things to be easy, not have a checklist of extra things to pay and bring. Walls are paper and our neighbours were screaming until I put earplugs.

-Unsauber, voller Staub und Tierhaare. -Trotz Buchung 7 Tage im Voraus erhielten wir am Anreisetag die Nachricht, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht vorhanden seien und wir diese für 32 Euro pro Tag zusätzlich in der Nähe mieten und selbst auf- und abbauen könnten. -Auch die zusätzlichen Steuern wurden nicht erwähnt, sondern zur Zahlung aufgefordert. -Es ist inakzeptabel, eine Dienstleistung zu erbringen und auf diese Weise Geld von den Gästen zu nehmen.

Photos prisent après rénovation et ne correspondent plus à la vérité, cuisine et fauteuils hyper vieillots , les robinets n en parlons pas , la douche la misère , difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude, le pommeau fuite de partout, le robinet de la cuisine , on l ouvre , on est trempé , hyper dangereux pour entrer et sortir de la douche , le chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain, l escalier pour l étage , hyper dangereux avec des enfants . Pas de lave vaisselle , alors que sur les photos , il y en avait un … tout vraiment tout demande à être rénové en profondeur … c est vieillot et moche par rapport aux photos … la cuisine a été repeinte mais toute la couleur s enlève , vraiment nous sommes déçus …

Logement propre et avec possibilité de tous dormir au même niveau. Lits confortables. Dvd pour enfants présents. Étape pour une ou deux nuits c'est bien mais pas plus surtout si c'est juste pour dormir.

Logement avec vu sur les voisins qui sont très proches (route a sens unique de la taille d'une voiture qui séparait les logements entre eux), mal insonorisé, parking vite pleins, éponge de cuisine hyper sale donc impossible de nettoyer quoi que se soit sans avoir les mains noires, la cuisine aurait mérité un bon coup de peinture, escalier non sécuritaire pour les enfants, la piscine et les jeux vraiment loin par rapport au logement.

Faptul ca in pretul camerei nu se specifica de la inceput ca nu sunt lenjerii de pat si prosoape si apoi ti se trimite un email peste cateva zile ca trebuie platite separat, 10 euro per persoana, mi se pare anormal! Stiu ca asta se face pentru a atrage datorita pretului special pe camera, dar e mai bine ca omul sa stie care-i de fapt realitatea! In rest , apartamentul este ok, pozitia buna, nimic de comentat! Imi pare rau ca trebuie sa comentez aspectul asta, dar e mai bine si pentru alti clienti!

Verhuurder doet erg z'n best maar in verhouding zijn andere huisjes van dezelfde prijs luxer.

Douche werkte slecht, of heel warm of heel koud Park was erg luidruchtig Moet zelf beddengoed mee nemen Zwembad was erg koud dus kinderen waren er snel uit

Het was heel proper en een aangenaam huisje. Het is heel dicht bij durbuy valley ( wat super was voor onze kids van 4 en 5jaar. De bedden waren opgemaakt. Alles was aanwezig voor te koken, af te wassen en schoon te maken. Ook de mensen van het huisje waren heel vriendelijk! De tv kon zowel in het frans als in het Nederlands en voor de kids was er speelgoed aanwezig. Het bed voor 2 personen was in de kamer beneden. Het bed voor de kids waren apart en boven.

De trap is iets te gevaarlijk voor onze kids op boven te laten slapen. Dus hebben we de kids in het dubbele bed gelegd.

Buono per visitare Durbuy e dintorni.

Appartamento appena fuori Durbuy, in una zona tranquillissima. Risulta essere carino e accogliente. Ampio salone con angolo cottura, una camera da letto e una cameretta sul soppalco. Cucina ben fornita. La pulizia ci è sembrata buona, su richiesta lenzuola e asciugamani (6€ a persona). Buona luce proveniente dal finestrone e dalle finestre a bilico. Wi-Fi disponibile.

La pulizia non è ottimale, abbiamo trovato l’orologio del salone completamente impolverato, le attrezzature della cucina sono da rivedere. Nel 2025 una tv senza Smart, quando basta una chiavetta per renderla tale. La cameretta minimale, ci entrano 2 letti e il Passaggio. Cuscini da rivedere, un asciugamano medio a testa, forse un po’ poco?

Bel appartement proche de la vieille ville de Durbuy

Bel appartement dans une résidence très sympathique, à la campagne, au calme. La résidence comporte une piscine, mais pas ouverte au moment de notre séjour. Assez proche de la vieille ville de Durbuy (3kms à pieds, mais attention à la descente périlleuse à travers la forêt et la montagne) c'est idéal.

Loin du centre-ville, impossible de se rendre au centre-ville à pieds. Pas d'eau chaud pour prendre un bain ou un douche (eau tiède, durant l'hiver après une promenade dans les bois un b9n bain chaud est agréable, ici dommage)

Séjour pour affaire

La propreté et l equipement du logement, la gentillesse de la personne de contact. Il y a un beau parking juste en face du logement. C est vraiment à côté de durbuy. Nous n avons pas manger sur place mais la cuisine est bien fournie. Il y a suffisamment de place pour 4 adultes. Nous n avons pas profiter de la piscine mais elle est bien présente. A recommander ! Je reviendrais !
