Lovely stay.

Very comfy beds, had what you needed

A small property, especially upstairs. The furniture downstairs was outdoor furniture which was odd.

Great kids facilities, lots of options, and easy to book

It was tough to park near our house to unpack and pack up our stuff. Additionally, the long walk up the hill to our house was not easy with lots of belongings and with older guests.

Excellent facilities and lovely park, just wish it wasn't on such a steep hill.

Clean and modern accommodation, although a little worn in parts. Staff were friendly and helpful, great facilities.

The park is on a very steep site which made it difficult for those with limited mobility.

Nice stay but uncomfortable bed

Location in the nature is great. The hills around the park and on the property are nice for an evening stroll. The swimming pool is good size.

The beds were uncomfortable and saggy. The bedroom was very warm and small. The town of Vielsam is nothing to write home about.

Perfect family vacation

Location is amazing , the stuff were super friendly the house was clean the view was stunning.

I wish that they would inform us in advanced that we should book the pool and other attractions in advanced. The App could be more user friendly, there was a lot of missing content in English

Wonderful nature, different activities for all ages, book in advance the activity via app (no need to wait),

Cottage was not clean. Photos of cottages are far from reality. There are spiders and web. We had to ask to clean the cottage. If you are with baby, ask them to book a cottage which are easily accessible with buggy/trolley.

A lot: 1 the door was not locking properly, staff was left insecure in the lodge 2 sink was leaking 3 aqua park under reconstruction 4 refurbishing in the process 5-10 too much to mention!

Uitstekend vuurwerkvrij weekje weg.

Mooie locatie, dichtbij Vielsalm, maar ook in de bossen. Vanuit het park loop je zo het bos in. Verder was het huisje schoon, bed was heerlijk en de keuken standaard uitgerust zoals je van Center Parcs mag verwachten. De sfeerhaard en de soundbar met bluetooth verbinding werkten mee aan een fantastische sfeer. Wij hadden een knus tweepersoonshuisje. Verder is het een diervriendelijk park. Hondendrinkbakjes bij de marketdome en honden zijn toegestaan in het sports cafe. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en spreekt Frans, Vlaams, Duits en soms Engels. Op het park was vuurwerk verboden en in het dorp werd er ook niet veel vuurwerk afgestoken, wat mijn hond natuurlijk fantastisch vond.

De aquadome is voornamelijk leuk voor kinderen, maar als ouder ben dan 12 jaar is het al snel niet leuk meer. Verder hadden wij het supermarktje op het park ontbijtservice besteld. Naar mijn mening betaal je best geld voor een ontbijt met niet veel luxe.

Vond de appartement volledig

Je moet Wel goed ter been zijn want je moet veel lopen ook als je aankomt mag je je spullen niet bij het huisje brengen moet je ook beneden op een parkeerplaats parkeren ook in het restaurant moet je geduld hebben duurt lang voordat je geholpen wordt ook in de sportbar had daar een half uur gezeten maar niemand gezien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Center Parcs Les Ardennes. L’endroit est fabuleux, beau et parfaitement entretenu, avec un concept très agréable. Le cottage était vraiment chouette : beau, fonctionnel et propre. Seul petit bémol, la chambre était un peu petite, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter pleinement du séjour. L’ensemble du domaine est propre et bien organisé. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours très sympathique et serviable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour mais un autre bémol sont les escaliers, il y en a partout et les rampes sont parfois manquantes.

Terras om iets te drinken. Er werd ons beloofd dat we 2 € terugkregen voor de lege glazen. Dat bleken dan bonnetjes te zijn om opnieuw te gebruiken bij een consumptie. Dit moet beter op voorhand gecommuniceerd worden.

De bediening in de horeca. Heel traag, verstonden ons niet, kreeg de verkeerde drankjes en zo ging het maar door.

수영장도 좋았고 숙소도 편안했습니다 캠핑장이다보니, 산속 기본적인 벌레나 호텔수준의 청결함만 기대하지 않는다면 아주 좋습니다 콘크리트로 만들어놓은 그릴은 사용하기 아주 편했습니다

객실만 강아지 동반이 되고, 모든 식당은 동반이 불가능합니다 다녀온지 1달인데 온몸에 피부 두드러기가 나서 아직도 완치가 안 됐습니다 숙소 때문인지는 모르겠으나, 캠핑장이라서 이해하는 부분도 있지만, 침구류가 썩 청결하지는 않았습니다.

Mooi park en fijn huisje, maar erg krappe slaapkamer en zeer tegenvallend restaurant.

Slaapkamer veel te klein. Kussens op de bank oud en vies. Restaurant valt erg tegen door eten en onprofessioneel personeel.

L’aquamundo, le cadre de verdure, le calme, la supérette était bien achalandée. Personnel très sympa!

Les escaliers! manque de rampes pour la sécurité des personnes. Parking fort éloigné pour personne à mobilité réduite.
