Our Pinkpop accommodation.

Very pleasant holiday park and motorhome site. Extremely helpful staff. We were there during the Pinkpop weekend, and the guests’ needs were taken into account. The barriers and restaurant stayed open extra late so we could get something to eat and reach our accommodation after a day at the festival. It was our second time here, and we’ll be back again next year! This site truly offers a top-notch camper facility as well. So it’s also a great place for camper travellers.

Great accommodations for all age ranges.

The park was completely full and yet the noise level was more than acceptable. People really seem to be considerate of their neighbors. The mattress in this unit was particularly good The cooking facilities were terrific.

Those four high steps up to the unit did not serve a senior citizen well. Other than that I thought it was absolutely terrific The unit I stayed in 155.

Lovely tidy park in great location, with clean and cosy cabins.

The cabins were lovely and nicely private. Very quiet also. Extremely clean, tidy and well presented. The welcome bag was very handy. Highly recommend this park.

The games room was very small and not terribly interesting. It was winter so the pool was closed which didn't leave a lot for bigger kids to do if we didn't leave the park that day. There was however lots to do outside the park and the location is very handy.

Ideal for a family for a week

A pleasant few days, nice pool and we had fun.

The games room offered pool and other games at a fee but reception said they did not offer change and go to the restaurant. We did this and they also refused saying they were a separate business to the park. Why offer a facility if you are not prepared to do navel your clients to use them.

Nice stay in beautiful location, with better facilities it would be 10/10.

Property was in very good location, surrounded by beautiful nature. You can be in nature relaxing , exploring around walking or cycling. Well maintained and clean houses.

Property doesn’t provide you towels. You can either carry them or buy which is ok, but at least bathroom door mats should be provided. We were given 1 tissue and 1 dishwasher tablet for 6 people for 2 night’s stay 😑 In summer stays can get really warm.

Superb

Control system for heating up the house, was switch off to often. Then temperature in the house was not optimal. Once to warm, once to cold. Other things ok. Parking places, areas for rest ... in summer time. Nice places to visit in short range around.

Quiet place in the winter and would go back.

The holiday houses are great,clean when we arrived. Check in was simple and fast, staff friendly and polite. Support people were excellent, had a problem while there and handled it immediately and efficiently. Even took off their shoes to come in!!! Was there in the winter and can not say what it would be like in the summer with families and children. Would definitely go again. Did not use the restaurant but I am sure it would of been fine. Shopping is near by but you do need an car to reach the stores.

The mattresses keep sliding a part and there was always a canyon between my wife and I. Bothersome for us. We have been there 2 years in a row and both years had a problem. 1st year the heating didn't function when we arrived and this year had a plugged drainage pipe and the utility closet took on water. Must say though, the repair / support people were great and took care of both problems in a very timely manner. I would like to thank them again. Would still go back to this place again!

the accommodation was really good, the welfareness facilities were amazing, the sauna and the jacuzzi, the house space was good, the location is in the center of the nature.

there was a dirty smell when we first entered the house and this smell was increasing when closing the windows, but we told the reception, they sent someone to fix that. also some unexpected stuff you have to pay for renting them like towels, air conditioner, faster wifi !!

In middle of nowhere. No shops for essentials. No towels supplied. Nobody you can ask for anything after 7.00pm. Staff was not helpful at all.

Perfect location, clean and functional place to stay, excellent choice for families.

We appreciated the outdoor table and chairs, the pool and the kids adored the playground. The location is perfect.

The beds are too soft and there are no recycling separation bins in the chalet while you are expected to carry the garbage to the containers at the exit and separate it there.

Wonderful place

Great, spacious cabins in a wonderful green setting. Friendly reception, good swimming pool to cool down at hot days, good restaurant at the same grounds. Love the small garden area around every cabin. Beautiful surroundings for fycling and hiking.

Small things only: If you like to cook at the cabin, not all utensils are there. Extra charges for AC. Dishwasher doesn't always clean properly.

Relaxing accomodation, nice for couples or people with childeren.

Parc was nice, location was good. We stayed during the month December and it was a nice area for a walk, close to Valkenburg and Maastricht. Great accommodation if you just want to chill and do your thing. Staf from the reception was very kind and helpful.

The restaurant displayed a chocomel mug, but when we wanted to get a cup, we were told this was not sold. (only feedback that I have) everything else was great!
