Location a 10, everything else barely a 5.

The location was the only positive about this apartment.

The list is long. Safety issue first-the doors to the building and our apartment required a key inside to lock them. This is a massive safety risk if there is an emergency, and illegal in the USA. Comfort-there was not one comfortable seat in our apartment. No sofa or loveseat, simply two ottomans with a loose pillow back, and two ancient armchairs sized for children. If you sat in them your knees were about 8 inches higher than your hips. Kitchen supplies-a complete mess. There were no glasses larger than a juice glass, and no wine glasses at all. It’s France, and no wine glasses? General condition-this entire building is in terrible condition, terrible. From the entry where there is no light and it’s basically an old garage, to the mess of a storage closet and the disaster of supplies all over the hallways it just got worse. They advertise a rooftop deck-don’t bother. It’s terrible. I completely understand it’s an old building, we have stayed in hundreds of them throughout Europe, this was the worst.

We will be back. Gorgeous apartment for the adventurous.

Great location. Felt part of the city. Accomodation was spacious although accessed by 2 flights of stairs. The bed was comfortable and we loved being able to wash and dry our clothes on the roof level.

Kitchen was well laid out, but would have been better if glasses and cups matched and weren’t chipped. Unfinished renovation projects everywhere.

The owner was very accommodating and allowed to deliver the suitcases earlier than the check in time.

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning. Not enough room for four and sleeping on the couch was uncomfortable. Showering was also uncomfortable because there was no shower curtain and the bathroom was full of water.

We loved the old style apartment. The location was good, very clean and tidy. We had a great time in Avignon and recommend to stay here. The instructions from the host were very good.

The only thing would be when it is hot in summer the only air conditioning is a plug in fan, but maybe a modern air conditioner would take away from the apartment style.

I would definitely stay here again!

I loved staying in this charming older building with touches of its history but with updated bathrooms and kitchens. Each room incorporates furniture and objects from the past, and whimsical decorative touches that add to the charm. These apartments are truly a blend of old and new and have a personality that melded well with my visit to this historical walled city. I received timely and informative messages from Margherita at the property and enjoyed meals at her restaurant suggestions. The location is convenient for travel using the Avignon Train Center.

I had forgotten that old French buildings have old narrow winding steps. Fortunately I had help getting my luggage up and down these steps and was on the first floor.

A well positioned apartment for a visit to old Avignon

it was a pleasant first floor apartment with windows opening over an adjacent street. it had a basic kitchen with a 2 ring induction hob and microwave and coffee machine. There was a nice welcome with tea and coffee and milk provided. lots of left over dried food left by precious travellers, Mainly pasta. There’s a good bath and shower and the water was very hot. And a sofa and table in the kitchen/diner with chairs too. a good double bed in the bedroom.

my only negative was the smell in the entrance room going up to the flat.

Nice experience, good value!

Our host was flexible (early check in!) and quick to respond. The apartment is well located, walking distance to everything, and has a nice design. Everything was clean.

There were not enough towels provided for 4 people, and the sofa beds are uncomfortable.

shocking and unacceptable arrangement

the location is good as it’s very close to the train station

the manager of the property got confused and gave me the wrong room due to the mistake and then move my stuff to another apartment afterward without my permission, it was really shocking when came back and realized all my stuffs were moved. I was blamed for coming back late and because I didn’t notice the message it was interpreted as she can move my stuff!!! I have never experienced this in my whole life!!! Also, the door of the flat is very difficult to lock so in the end I have to leave the door unlocked while sleeping! I wouldn’t recommend it for sure! all my other friends stay at other place has much better experience than mine!

Perfect Pied a terre!

This is our second stay here. It is perfect for short breaks. We loved the little terrace, the very central location, the super comfy bed and the overall space which is tasteful and well designed to make a compact space feel roomy!

Perhaps some bigger cups for tea and larger glasses for wine!

Adorable, amazing location definitely worth it!

Everything the property is beautiful we opted to stay in and have dinner there we loved it so much. I can imagine it to be a great place to stay for a few days in warmer months as well as the balcony was very cute. Don’t be put off by the entrance it actually adds to the charm or the rooms up stairs. The host is lovely, very helpful with everything and very welcoming.

Would prefer not to have to take out my own rubbish, I know this seems silly but had we been there for a few more days this may have annoyed me.

Studio décoré et agencé avec goût dans un immeuble ancien. Bon emplacement, proche de la gare et du centre ville. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, arrangeants et agréables. Check in et check out facile. Balcon avec petite table et 2 chaises.

Lit un peu étroit pour 2 personnes (140cm). Cuisine peu équipée (pas de couteau "qui coupe bien", de sel, de café, de vinaigre). Vieil immeuble – ce qui fait aussi son charme – mais on entend du coup les autres hôtes dans l'escalier, les portes etc. Odeur d'égout (provenant de la rue) qui gène un peu les moments passés sur le balcon.

Tutto! Casa vecchia,fatiscente,scale scricchiolanti.ingresso lugubre,buio,con mobili dell 800.Camera x nulla confortevole e sicura,piccola, bagno minuscolo,non c'era nemmeno un asciugacapelli e un cestino che abbiamo dovuto richiedere. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno!!
