Beautiful apartment. Quite large actually. Perfect location (quiet corner of the city).
The only downside is that there is no AC and it was a very hot summer day! Any other time of the year it wouldn't be a problem. Other than that it's beautiful.

Our party of three adults loved this appartment. The location was excellent. The appartment itself was amazing - light, airy, spacious - huge for our party of three, very stylish, top floor, views including the Papal Palace. Two seating areas with second bedroom some distance from first which is good for adults only group. M Martin who let us in was friendly and turned up exactly on time at start and end of our stay.
Advertised as two bathroom appartment - but second bathroom was just a shower and basin with no loo; water pressure was very poor; lots of elegant table lamps but not plugged in and with no bulbs; 65 stairs up 3 flights with no lift. (Stairs and general layout would make this property unsuitable for anyone with small children).
