In the heart of Avignon intra-muros, on the 3rd and last floor of an old building of character, secure and calm, beautiful spacious and bright apartment, completely renovated.
Accommodation comprising 4 rooms:
- 1 very sunny living room: open space composed of an American kitchen opening onto a living room (2 sofas, dining table, 6 chairs)
-1 small living room in the center of the apartment with 2 sofa-beds each offering a bed for 1 person. This living room is crossed to go from bedroom 2 to the toilet, the kitchen and the rest of the apartment.
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with showers, and WC in one of the 2.

* necessary information concerning the deposit: a deposit of 500 euros and the cleaning fee of 58 Euro are requested on arrival, not cashed and refundable on the day of departure after the inventory. The second payment is requested upon arrival by check or bank transfer.

The property was in a good location. The property does not have a/c or screens for the windows so can not leave windows open otherwise bugs get in. Owner should provide fans. Location to park car for free is 1 km away. Second bathroom is useless as water pressure is very low.

The property is large, bright, in a distinguished building and a quiet location. We will remember that about it. We'll also remember a few other things. For one, the mosquitoes! The apartment was hot and stuffy, so we opened the windows (no screens). We were eaten alive by mosquitoes. So you have two choices: hot and stuffy, or wear DEET to bed. We also felt that we were viewed as a burden, certainly not as welcome guests. One example: We were told to take the garbage down to the street, three LONG flights down. We used our own garbage bag (none provided) and scoped out the location on Google Maps. When we returned, at 9:45, the cleaning lady had entered the apartment and told the other couple traveling with us that it was "time for them to leave." We were ready to do so -- our bags were packed and by the door -- and left the apartment well before 10:00. We were glad to go. While the apartment itself was nice, the experience was less so. We do not speak French beyond a few words, so that might have been the root of the hostility that we felt.

This property is perfect. Within walking distance to the town center. The property is very quiet and quaint. Very clean and well appointed. Having a washing machine was great. I highly recommend this property.

Upon arrival the apartment is beautifully presented. It is very spacious and clean and stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The lounges are comfortable, the kitchen has everthing required for a self sustaining stay. With the windows open you get a lovely breeze through the apartment. The apartment is located is a quiet neighbourhood with amazing views of the popes palace. The only negative, as i have a bad back, is the beds and mattresses have no support and i suspect need to be updated. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful Dominque was and her gorgeous apartment walking distance from everything you want to see and do in Avignon. Dominique was easy to communicate with and prompt in her replies. The apartment is stunning- even better than the photos. Our family of four loved it and highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay in this spacious and bright apartment in Avignon. It is tastefully decorated with a modern interior and old world charm. Located on a quiet street, it is still within easy walking distance of the Palais des Papes, restaurants and shops. Parking can easily be found on the street at a reasonable cost. Dominique is a very gracious and attentive host and we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment .

I thought the apartment was lovely but there were a few things that could be improved. For example the honoring board and the showers. With the apartment being up 67 stairs it is not for the faint hearted. We were also particularly bothered with mosquitoes. There was no television in any language other than French.

The flat is very spacious. Owner was helpful. Everything was clean and ready for us. Unfortunately we visited it during very hot days so it was a juggle between fresh air and bugs flying in at night. We traveled with our three kids and one thing to note is that the master bedroom is on the other side of the flat from the other two bedrooms. Great for privacy but perhaps tricky with younger children. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the flat.

This is a lovely, renovated apartment on the top floor in a nice, old building, so it also has some character (in a good way). Very sunny, but has shutters to block out the light for sleeping. There are two separate rooms with showers, one of which also has a toilet (I.e., one toilet for the apartment). The location is fantastic - just inside the old city wall, next to the Rhône, easy walking to heart of old city, but a couple blocks off the main tourist areas, so no noise. Dominique is lovely as well. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 3rd level (top level) flat for our family of 5. Bed were comfy and the kitchen was really well equipped. Bright and airy with beds for all. Heritage building with modern updates within. We would stay here again anytime. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

We felt so at home in Dominique's apartment. (She was very easy to work with even though we do not speak much French and she speaks little English.) It was just the 2 of us which gave us plenty of room. The apartment could comfortably accommodate 4-6. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can enjoy shopping at Les Halles and preparing meals with the treasures of Provence. The location was just minutes from the Palias des Papes, Place de la Horloge, and the previously mentioned Les Halles. I would definitely recommend the apartment for longer visits as we were sad to leave after just 5 days. We had a car and just parked on the street, usually by the city wall.

We (2 people) stayed for a week. The apartment, a full floor has clearly been updated recently and is quite large with a very modern (upscale IKEA) kitchen. It's very light and airy - with windows on 3 sides and great views. The location is terrific - a few blocks from the major sites in Avignon, a small supermarket, all the restaurants and cafes etc. The owner lives on site and is very friendly and helpful. The "only caution" is for those who might have mobility problems - it is located on the top floor requiring 3 large flights of stairs. If that's not an issue, you will love this place.

We were a party of three female friends and each of us were thoroughly impressed with this apartment. The owner was there to meet us and is nearby should any problems arise, none did. The apartment has great views , is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very tastefully and comfortably decorated. Well located within Avignon, close to town centre, shops, river etc. The apartment is on the top floor so three flights of stairs have to be navigated, it kept us fit! Highly recommend this apartment!
