About this apartment rental
Delighted to welcome you to my air-conditioned duplex (1.9m high ceilings), located on the first floor with elevator.
It has a private and secure parking lot free of charge. It is ideally located in the heart of the city, in one of the most emblematic streets of Avignon.
You will be a few steps from the main tourist attractions and amenities, which will facilitate the exploration of the city on foot, treat yourself to a comfortable and convenient stay in this exceptional place.
The accommodation
** At your disposal, a private parking space at the foot of the building with an automatic gate. By booking my apartment, forget about the headache of parking in Avignon. This is a remarkable advantage and moreover, there is no extra to pay (all intramural parking lots, even street parking, are charged from 16-30€/day).
Attention: The parking lot is located in a spacious private courtyard at the foot of the building, but access is via a small alley (about 2.5m wide) typical of the city center, so narrow but passable.
** This air-conditioned duplex (ceiling height is about 1.90m) is located on the The first floor (with elevator) is completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children).
At the entrance, a beautiful living room composed of:
1/A living room, with:
- a sofa,
- a coffee table,
- a large Smart TV (65 inches) with Netflix, Amazon Prime,...
- a dining table with chairs,
- 2 patio doors in this room allow you to enjoy the light, the sun of Provence and life in the city center of Avignon.
- a small sleeping area
2/ A fully equipped kitchen:
- induction hobs,
- a toaster,
- a capsule coffee machine,
- a microwave,
- a refrigerator,- a kettle,
- a dishwasher,
- a washer-dryer,PGJyPgPGJyPg
3/ Separate toilet is also in this room
4/ An internal staircase takes you to the "bedroom" area (ceiling height about 1.90m, no door) with a queen-size bed (160x200 - according to my previous guests, the mattress is soft), also to the open bathroom equipped with a corner whirlpool bath (150x150).
Travelers' access
** The apartment is equipped a digital access system. During your stay, you no longer need keys to access the apartment.
** You will have access to the entire apartment. Put down your suitcases and make yourself at home.
Other remarks
** The ceiling height of this duplex is about 1.90m, so it is not suitable for tall people.
** The parking lot is located in a spacious private courtyard at the foot of the building, but access is via a small alley (about 2.50m wide) typical of the city center so narrow but passable.
** It is a Duplex-Studio, so there is no "real room"!
** The décor, the bed, the sofa bed and the mattresses are bought to my taste, they may not suit some people. If you are demanding on this subject, I think my apartment will not suit you. Please look for another accommodation!
** The bathroom with a whirlpool bath is open to the bedroom.
** Events not allowed.
