Beautiful old building with beautiful decor.

Crockery and cutlery were not clean. There was no dishwasher. Some crockery was chipped. TV refused to fully power off - leaving a screensaver on view overnight.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is large and there is a washer which was a huge bonus. Valentine was extremely responsive and helpful. The area is quiet. The bed is comfortable. The location is close to everything. There is an area to stow luggage before and after your stay. The place was remodeled this year and looks great!

There are a lot of stairs 74 to the top floor. It was a bit difficult with luggage but we managed.

Loved our stay here. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully designed and decorated. The location is great being walking distance to everything but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We received information about the check-in process well before our stay. I had some questions about the QR code entry which were answered promptly before we arrived. The QR code entry was easy to use and meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying the room card with us. Thank you Odomo team for a wonderful stay!

Spacious and well renovated - best stay on my solo trip yet

Spacious and well renovated apartments. I absolutely loved the room I was in - I was on the top floor. Having a washing machine was an appreciated surprise. Pretty views all around and on a quiet street only 5 mins from the center squares. Very interesting concept with the QR code and being able to unlock doors through a website. Never had any issues with access (just had to make sure my phone was always charged enough when leaving). Loved there was luggage storage too on the first floor. I had some problems with my thermostat and a weird smell in my room but their management acted quickly and effectively to remedy these. Also brought me croissants and pain au chocolates for the inconvenience! I will absolutely be staying here again.

The stay was lovely, the apartment was beautiful, new, and clean. The staff was very helpful and responsive!

It was VERY HOT while we were in Avignon, and the air conditioner could NOT keep up with the excessive heat. I don't particularly blame the Odomo people, they tried very hard to make adjustments.

Fantastic location and super clean

Super location and the apartment was immaculately clean with a really comfortable bed and excellent, high quality bedding. Overall v happy with the accommodation and would definitely use again.

Ones minor suggestion, as we were there for 10 days, it would have been great to have access to some cleaning accoutrements as we weren't going to buy a mop or a sweeping brush while there, or the option to have a cleaning visit perhaps (I should note that there was a small dustpan and brush available.) A few more clothes hangers wouldn't go amiss 🤷‍♀️. Excellent accommodation overall though.

A very nice experience, it has everything you need and it's very clean. And it's beautiful.

The bedroom facing the street was noisy due to the original windows. BUT, I'd rather live with the noise than ruin that old and beautiful house.

Nice stay

Nicely and newly redone apartment. The faucet in the bathroom was not working and needed to be change. I didn’t much care for the entry door requiring a QR code; there should be a second option in case the cell phone is out of battery.

Highly recommended!

The place was a big surprise! First of all, even before we arrived, I received great service and help with organizing a little surprise for my wife. The location is excellent in the heart of the city. We could leave our luggage in a locked locker until check-in. And we also received information about a nearby parking lot. The apartment itself is stunningly beautiful! (Apartment 4) and looks exactly like the pictures. The bed is comfortable and luxurious, as is the shower. I'm ready to move here.

Excellent emplacement, facile d'accès. L'appartement est lumineux et cosy. Nous avons loué l'appartement 1 au rdc, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, confortable et reposant. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nous faire une séance cinéma dans le lit avec le grand écran tv de haute qualité ! Bref un séjour réussi, merci!

Séjour confortable en centre ville

Malgré un début de séjour difficile (le chauffage est tombé en panne le jour de notre arrivée), l’équipe gérante a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour et s’est démené pour nous trouver des chauffages d’appoint pour une installation dès le lendemain (un dimanche), est restée joignable pendant la soirée et la nuit pour nos questions, nous a livré des viennoiseries et permis un late check out pour compenser le désagrément. Ces attentions et accompagnements nous ont clairement aidé à mieux nous sentir chez nous. Au-delà de cet incident somme toute bien gérée, l’appartement de deux chambres est très confortable (mention spéciale pour la literie et la baignoire dans l’une des chambres) et idéalement placé au cœur de la vieille ville.

Attention l’appartement de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée est certes agréable pour une famille avec enfant mais il n’est pas possible de manœuvrer tout seul avec une poussette en raison d’une porte d’entrée très lourde à pousser et de quelques petites marches pour y accéder. Il faut donc être deux pour entrer et sortir si vous êtes avec un bébé. L’idéal serait de pouvoir « fixer » la porte d’entrée le temps de monter ou descendre les marches.

Sauber; Top Lage: Einkaufsstraße, Papst-Palast, Brücke Avignon in Gehnähe; Fancy Beleuchtung im Zimmer und Badewanne

Parkplätze vor dem Haus, aber sehr teuer und nur Kurzzeitparken (orange Zone). Besser ist die gelbe Zone, die auch in Gehnähe ist, aber auch keine Tagestickets anbietet.
