Great location, but not the best fit for us

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the train station, the tourism center, and everything we wanted to see and do. Some nice restaurants nearby, including one in the plaza by the St Pierre Church that has been our favorite of the trip so far. The place has been renovated recently, and everything was new and very clean. The bathroom was enormous.

While the bathroom is large, the living quarters themselves are cramped. It has a large Murphy bed (which we did not close), with sharp metal edges that stick out, making maneuvering around it a bit tricky, especially because the high-top table and stools took up a lot of space (on the plus side, it is on wheels, so we could move it around easily). We prefer to sleep with a window open for fresh air, but it was quite noisy during the night, although closing the windows and using the air conditioner helped. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are huge and not appropriate for anyone with neck problems. Steep winding and sometimes dark stairs to get to the apartment, 3 floors up (which is called 2nd floor in France).

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Very clean and spacious appartement, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the city and also in walking distance to the train station. There are many opportunitied for grocery shopping, restaurants and bars around the appartement. The bar down the street was a bit noisy when the windows were open, but it was very sound proof: with closed windows no noise could be heard. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nothing really, only very small things: there eas ni light on the first floor of the staircase so it was a bit dark when coming home at night but not too bad and the bathroom of the other appartements could be heard slightly. But overall nothing really bothersome.

Great place to stay but mind the steps.

Modern, clean and comfortable place to rest after a tiring day. Has everything you may need. Great host.

Too much steps up to the 2nd floor. The building is from the Middle Ages (1300-1500s?) and there is a steep spiral staircase. I saw that only on the reviews after the booking. But it wasn’t an issue for us and I don’t know how, after 15 kms walking we were able to go up. And Wilhelm helped with the luggage. Very nice guy!

Great location in Avignon

The location was very good and I was able to check in a bit earlier. The air conditioning was good which was needed during August on the 3rd floor.

The tight spiral staircase was a challenge with luggage. This is a place for people traveling with no bags! Also, the sofa was quite stained-hopefully it has been cleaned. I would not sit on it while there.

Great location. Renovated apartment and everything brand new. Nespresso machine and small guest kitchen which helps a lot. Nearby markets.

We´ve been there in the winter. There is only an air conditioner doing the heating, and it really didn't heat up. The apartment was cold, especially the bathroom. Although the apartment is new, the building is very old. There is no lift and the access stairs are tight and steep. Climbing with a 23 kg suitcase was complicated.

El apartamento es muy céntrico, está en una zona con ambiente por lo que es algo más ruidoso de lo habitual, como íbamos a trabajar resultó molesto. Las instalaciones son magníficas

Las escaleras de caracol para subir son algo estrechas, de madera muy bonitas pero incómodas. No somo precisamente jóvenes y nos costó subir y bajar las maletas.

Dificilísimo acceso a un apartamento bien equipado

El apartamento era lo que habíamos contratado pero con la fachada del edificio en un estado lamentable.

No se nos avisó el acceso TERRIBLE por una escalera de caracol pequeña, sin barandilla en la pared, subiendo casi 50 escalones a nuestro apartamento y sin luz en el portal. Imposible para personas de mediana edad y maleta mediana. Tuvimos que volver al coche para dejar casi todo el equipaje y subir una bolsa con lo necesario para una noche. Para bajar, hay peligro de caídas, sobre todo si llevas alguna maleta en la mano, al no haber barandilla en la pared.

Светлая хорошая студия, все новое и чистое, хороший ремонт, просто превосходное местоположение. Было легко найти и легко войти с кодом для двери

В ту ночь было немного шумно на улице, хотелось спать со свежим воздухом, но пришлось закрыть окно. Также нужно быть готовым к винтовой лестнице, по которой неудобно идти, если у вас большой чемодан. Но я была об этом предупреждена из других отзывов, поэтому не имею претензии к лестнице.

Nous avons bien aimé son emplacement, l’appartement est situé au centre de la vie historique, c’est très agréable. Des équipements sans succès, mais corrects.

Son accès très difficile avec un escalier vraiment étroit, les marches du colimaçon sont très hautes, dur de monter dans l’appartement avec un bagage. Le logement est très bruyant, nous entendons l’ensemble des voisins, ainsi que les bars jusque tard dans la nuit. Il est impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux et les fenêtres, le vis-à-vis est vraiment trop important.

Cèntric, molt confortable i ben equipat... Aires d'hotel de luxe

Està molt ben situat, molt cèntric. L'escala d'accés és de caragol i molt bonica. El pis està recentment reformat o molt ben conservat. La decoració és de luxe. Molt net, molt ben equipat, els banys tenien sabó i xampú i la cuina (sal, sucre, oli, cafè encapsules...) no faltava de res per fer una estança agradable. Els llits molt còmodes i els llençols de cotó i suaus. Semblava que estiguessis a casa teva. Nosaltres érem 4 i ens pensàvem que llogaven un apartament amb 2 habitacions, la grata sorpresa vas ser veure que eren 2 apartaments complets que es comunicaven en el rebedor. El preu ens va semblar esplèndid.

El apartamento es muy bonito, nuevo y muy limpio. Sin embargo el acceso no era muy cómodo. Las escaleras muy incómodas y pequeñas. Estábamos de paso y tuvimos que dejar las maletas en el coche en un parking cercano.

La ubicación no es la zona más limpia de la ciudad.

Le plaisir de passer la nuit dans un bâtiment historique, même si les 3 étages d'escaliers d'accès furent une épreuve non annoncée.

Le manque d'info sur le site concernant les 3 étages d'escaliers éprouvants et le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de parking privé sur place.

Posizione centrale ma tranquilla, facilità di check-in e check-out, tutto nuovo e molto pulito, in generale molto confortevole.

Se si viaggia in auto non c’è un parcheggio dedicato ma bisogna utilizzare un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento oppure parcheggiare a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.

We hadden iets goedkoops genomen en waren verbaasd over het geweldige appartement. Pas gerenoveerd, ruim schoon en netjes. Je zit midden in de stad. Wel een beetje moeilijk met parkeren, je kunt beter buiten de stad parkeren en te voet naar het appartement.
