Good location, excellent cooking facilities, nice patio out the back.
Small bathroom and the inside was a little dark.

It was close to the train station (12 minutes walk), close to groceries and Les Halles for dining in, and close to excellent restaurants. The kitchen had a few basic staples (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper which were perfect to get us started). Well stocked with soaps and cleaning supplies. Cozy without being cluttered. The hosts were gracious and helpful (with a quick save when we got locked out!).
Possibly a better indoor dining/study set up if staying for a longer time. The large coffee table worked for our 3 weeks.
