Super séjour. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et réactifs si besoin! L'appartement est très bien, propre et très bien situé ! Au top, c'est bien pour cela que j'y reviens bientôt ! Merci pour votre accueil 🙏

La situation

Explicații clare de găsire a proprietății și apoi de acces în camera. Discreția proprietății legat de instrucțiunile de primire-predare camera.

Am achitat rezervarea si garantia printr-un link extern, situatie care m-a nelinistit. Chiar nu mi-a placut, mai ales ca Booking atentioneaza continuu si recomanda evitarea linkurilor externe. Prea multe mesaje cu instructiuni, enervant de multe. Pe viitor, la urmatoarele rezervari, mi-am propus sa fim atenti si sa evitam aceste situatii. Ne-au generat un stres inutil suplimentar. Altfel, totul a fost perfect!

The location was good, 10 minutes from Avignon Centre train station & close to historic sites. The dining area was spacious. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Kitchen area was fine. Lots of power sockets.

The entry procedure needs reviewing. The access information was incomplete on the App-there are separate codes for street door & apartment door. We called the contact & there was a message to contact someone, but we couldn’t hear the number. Thankfully, we received a call back eventually & access was arranged quickly. Not a welcoming start & we found the experience stressful, thinking we would need to find a hotel. The following week, exactly the same happened to guests in the upper apartment, but they did have to go to a hotel as nobody called back while we were trying to help them. The kitchen spot lights didn’t work & the main bedroom light was very dim. We relied on the desk lamp. The bath towels were very old, faded & worn. A challenge to use for a whole week. No hand towels. 2 pillows each would have been better & bedside tables/shelf welcomed.
