A stylish apartment close to the attractions.

I liked this place. It was in a quiet location but a short walk into the heart of town and all the attractions.

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting felt 'cold.' Perhaps some warm white light bulbs and maybe some colour or art in the room would make it feel more inviting. Otherwise, it was all good. 👍

Avoid.

Within the old town.

Loud, moldy, and not as advertised. We had wet spots on the wall next to the bed, mold in the bathroom and bedroom, and could not open the bedroom window as it opened to a surprisingly loud street. Instead of a balcony or terrace, there was a light shaft with a locked door - useless. Parking was a challenge.

Good value apartment in quiet area

This is a comfortable apartment with secure bike storage, nice shower with good products, and free laundry facilities (both washer and dryer). Check in and out were very straightforward and host was responsive to questions. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped and the apartment is in a quiet residential area, about a ten minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants.

Wifi is terrible and host was apologetic but said nothing could be done. Unit is on the ground floor right on the street so opening the shutters means no privacy.

Comfortable stay. 10 minutes walk from the centre. Don’t arrive early as there is no where to store your bags

We couldn’t leave our bags at the property before check in. It was 36 degrees and the owner sent us the wrong location for baggage storage. When we finally found the correct location they tried to charge us 5 times the rate for storage. So we sat in a cafe for several hours with our bags. Disappointed as we were only in Avignon for 1.5 days.

Very enjoyable and comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and the shower was also spacious with good water pressure. It is close to the university which we liked, as it was away from the more touristy areas - not that Avignon is inundated with tourists. We got to eat and drink in local places with the local people which was fabulous. There is a supermarket close by so we got ourselves sorted for breakfast. The area also felt very safe so we were happy to walk everywhere - easy flat walk to all the sights.

Only complaint was the tiny toilet which is tricky to get in and out of! Oh and perhaps more coffee/tea options would be good.

A lovely spot to relax and refresh in amongst sight seeing

The location was a little away from the Centre, but still very close to everything and easily walkable. It is tucked away in a cute square by a gorgeous church. The entry is very easy with codes and the host was so helpful and responded immediately to my requests. The interior was extremely well finished to a high standard with smart tv and all facilities including large fridge, all cutlery, salt, pepper, oil and balsamic, super comfy bed and clean linen and towels, great shower with shampoo and shower gel, even a free laundry with Bosch machines. I was very nicely surprised for the price. A great, air-conditioned studio apartment to stay in.

Very good

The place Is conveniently located and not too far away from the town center, which can be reached by walk in about 10 minutes, and 6 minutes from the free car parking Les Italiens (max 24 hours apparently). It has been recently refurbished and has all the comfort for a short/mid stay. All the essentials are provided, including coffee, oil, vinegar, etc.

The mattress of the main bed in room 1 was a bit awkward. I can't explain exactly, but apparently flat, by the time you were laying down it was making some kind of hills like it might happen with a water mattress. It took a while to find the right position to sleep The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the internet, so I couldn't use it at all as it is not connected to either a day nor to an aerial. Surrounding wise, the extensive city refurbishment didn't make the area very elegant, but this is an independent factor that surely will disappear in a few months.

All was great.

Very well situated in Avignon, close to many restaurants and shops. The check in service is fantastic. The place was clean and well put together. The kids loved their bed. Our bed was very comfortable. Love the simple yet elegant decor.

La clarté du duplex, l'ameublement, les fournitures de toilette, la climatisation..., le calme.

La visite du chat en soirée. J'aurais aimé le faire rentrer- manifestement, c'était chez lui- mais j'ai crains qu'il ne fasse des dégâts.

Friedlicher Aufenthalt in einer schönen, lebendigen Stadt.

Altstadthaus, Küchen- und Badzimmerbereich neu und gut renoviert. Sehr gute Betten. Alles in guter Qualität vorhanden, was man an im Alltag braucht. Prompte Antworten auf Fragen per Mail. Gute Anbindung an ÖV.

Eingeklemmt zwischen Häusern, deshalb keine Sonne, eher dunkel. Kein persönlicher Kontakt.

Il meglio ad Avignone: consigliatissimo!!

Fantastico soggiorno! Non potevo desiderare di meglio. C’é chi nella vita sa fare l’host e chi no: in questo caso siamo di fronte ad un vero professionista. Appartamento super pulito, confortevole e soprattutto attento ai particolari (sia estetici che funzionali). Si capisce che lo scopo dell’attività non è “fare numero e far girare turisti” ma far star bene la persona. Struttura nuova, moderna, corredata di ogni optional. Ti senti quasi meglio che a casa! Consiglio anche per la posizione super centrale. Complimenti all’host, e grazie per l’attenta accoglienza!

Excellent séjour pendant le festival

L’appartement était au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, 2 grandes pièces avec la climatisation dans chacune ce qui était bien appréciable. Excellente localisation intra muros mais au calme, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Bon équipement, les portes à codes sont très faciles, interlocuteurs très accessibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pendant le festival.

Petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui n’est pas isolée mais fait partie de la chambre. Ça reste un détail.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung an sehr guter Lage in der Altstadt von Avignon. Alles ziemlich neu und modern. Code-Zugang hat sehr gut geklappt.

Diese Art Wohnungen sind zwar praktisch, haben aber immer etwas seelenloses, da es keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter gibt.

Posto davvero accogliente e piacevole. Curato nei dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un tranquillo soggiorno. Situato vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Ottima scelta per visitare Avignon e dintorni.

l'appartement est en rez de chaussée mais est trés bien isolé.on dort au calme et le lit est trés confortable.

Hvis du er i egen bil, skal du ikke leje denne lejlighed, da det er næsten umuligt at finde en parkeringsplads efter kl. 17:00. Ingen terrasse eller have at sidde.

Notte ad Avignone per visitare il palazzo dei papi.

Bell'appartamento pulito recentemente rinnovato nel centro storico di Avignone a due passi dalle mura est e dalla porta di San Lazzaro. Struttura pulita e moderna. Bello e comodo il bagno. Posizione intelligente dato che in 7 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la struttura dal parcheggio gratuito appena fuori le mura, in 10 12 minuti si arriva al palazzo dei papi ed nel cuore del centro. Appartamento al piano terra facilmente accessibile in autonomia con le chiare istruzioni fornite dall'host prima del nostro arrivo. Letto molto comodo e grande.

Essendo un appartamento al piano terra l'appartamento era un po' umido. Per il resto tutto bene.

Il est toujours regrettable de ne pas rencontrer ses hôtes ou de ne rencontrer personne sur place : lorsque tout passe par mail ou par les applications, nonobstant la qualité du lieu et la courtoisie des messages reçus, le voyage dans ces conditions devient très abstrait. Il y manque quelque chose. 😉

Contrat respecté, pas de mauvaise surprise

Hôte très arrangeant et surtout répondant immédiatement aux sollicitations. Appartement refait à neuf avec de belles prestations. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, on a apprécié le stock de quelques ingrédients utiles tels que café, huile, vinaigre, et autres.

Céntrico, tranquilo y confortable

El apartamento es exactamente igual a como aparece en las fotos de la página, lo que no siempre ocurre. Está totalmente reformado con todas las comodidades, como aire acondicionao, lavavajillas o wifi. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado de la muralla, con lo que se puede ir a pie a los sitios principales de la ciudad y aunque alrededor el parking es de pago, muy cerca hay posibilidad de aparcamiento sin problema. La zona es tranquila y el alojamiento cómodo y equipado.

La única pega que pondría es que quizás haría falta más variedad de cuchillos que corten. Pero no es importante
