Mirella is a lovely person and great host. The garden is nice to sit in and the location so near to the lake is convenient. She recommended a fantastic local restaurant and even helped replace our tv box which wasn't working upon arrival. We got to wash our clothes with the washing machine available and easily dried them outside in less than a couple hours. Overall it was a nice stop in our trip and in an unexpected place.

Casa Mirella was a wonderful apartment, perfect for our needs. The bathtub for soaking was a treat! Our hosts were very accommodating with our requests. We would definitely stay there again!
The only (small) negative was the hosts were having friends for dinner and we could hear every chair scrape & boisterous conversation. Since we are walking the Via Francigena we go to bed early. Fortunately, the gathering ended by 9:30 PM (early for Italians!) and it was blissfully quiet after that!

Bed was uncomfortable. We had intended to cook but could not get the gas hob to work. Street noise
