Ellis was a star, all very helpful

Staff were so helpful. I sent some flower petals and balloons ahead and they decorated the room for us, so friendly so helpful. Not 100% sure on the name I think it was Ellis? 100% started with an E, very helpful guy

Exactly what we needed.

We booked here to go Xmas shopping at Trafford centre. The hotel is literally across the road from the centre and took us 5 mins to walk there and back again at night. Beds were comfortable, staff were really friendly and approachable. We had a free breakfast which was also lovely. Would definitely come back and would recommend to others.

Great location , very clean but needs better organisation for breakfast

Very close to the Trafford centre for shopping and just a short drive to Manchester City centre. The rooms were clean and the rooms were well heated.

The breakfast in the morning was the only negative , I have stayed at many holiday inns at the weekend and it has never been this unorganised, no cutlery for breakfast , had to keep asking for clean cutlery and not enough tables for the amount of people staying in the hotel , people were taking breakfast back to their rooms to eat due to no tables to eat at.

the location was great as had a shopping day at trafford centre so could go back for breaks easily. guy on reception was lovely!

breakfast was poor, extremely unorganised, we were down at 8:45 and they were not bringing any more food out and breakfast was on until 10am! we would stay again but not have breakfast there is a mcdonalds next door so would rather go there

A budget feel stay for over £200 a night

Convenient location close to the event we were visiting.

Budget hotel feel - minimal stocks of replenishables in the room e.g. teabags, toilet paper, tiny plates and cups at breakfast and things running put way before the end of breakfast hours - whilst certainly not being at a budget hotel price! At £50-100 a night you expect these things - not at over £200 a night.

Great hotel, clean and fresh.

Very clean comfortable smelling room. Very clean comfortable bedding. Fresh and well equipped bathroom, which included all towels, shampoo, body wash and hand and body wash at the sink which was perfect for washing my face. There was also some glasses in the bathroom ideal for rinsing after tooth brushing, however I used mine to drink some water.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Great place to stay got connecting room with the kids Thanks to the reception staff. Good and clean also the bed was comfortable Near the Trafford Center shopping mall.

The shower gel and the shampoo was not good. parking should be free they charge £5

Location to the Bowlers centre says 0.7km but you cannot walk there so can be deceiving Also rooms I asked for a family room And a double however both were family and when booking you must state as you could save money by asking for a double for 2 people as I got a family room for both even though it wasn’t required

Great stay!

The room was great, they were clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good how you can help yourself. The staff were great, especially Ellis I think his name was, he was so helpful and polite and told us everything in-depth. The hotel bar was great too, felt like you were on holiday kind of. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

The location, but that didn’t matter because of how good the stay was.

Just amazing for the price.

Fabulous modern hotel and so near to shopping at Trafford Centre, also near yo cricket and football grounds.

The staff were very welcoming, we didn’t arrive till 10 pm but were told we could have pizzas and the bar was open plus hot drinks.

Amazing! Second time visiting and definitely one of my favourite places to stay while in Manchester

Perfect spot for shopping and leisure as Trafford centre was in walking distance as well as stores such as Asda were walking distance. Tram stops were easy to find and take to other areas.

In my room the TV kept turning itself off but as we were only there in the evenings due to being out most of the day wasn’t a big problem.

Amazing location for Trafford Centre and Manchester Comic Con

The location :next door to McDonalds and a nice pub, the Trafford Centre and Manchester Comic Con is about a 20 minute walk away The spacious room The breakfast WiFi was fast and reliable Very quiet helped by the location

The bed was not very comfortable The tap in our room did not work very well, the power to it was turned off and I had to keep turning it on and off as it stopped working often. Both days we stayed we put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned, both days it was not. TV was tiny For the price (increased by Comic Con being on) I do not feel the room was worth it particularly.

Embarrassing!!!!

Good location for shopping and great value for money.

No Double bed available in accessible rooms. Had to sleep in a separate bed to my wife. A maintenance guy walked into our room without even knocking! We were in the middle of making love at the time. He stood at the door trying to have a conversation with me-about maintenance work to be carried out which was obviously inappropriate! I had to ask him to leave and return after departure!!!
