Staff are very nice, welcoming, and communicative. Very efficient operations, especially their shuttle bus transportation. Their directions and rules are clear and concise.
Private bath not facing Mt. Fuji. Otherwise, everything else is excellent!

Beautiful view, good food and enjoyable baths.
No option for English TV, tattoo restrictions, single bed pillow- was somewhat uncomfortable.

The view is beautiful, the onsen beautiful, the private bathtub in room is beautiful. Overall we had a very good stay.
I didn’t like that the shuttle bus was only one way and only in the morning.
I am also very disappointed about the smoking/non smoking situation. We ordered a NON-smoking room. But we could not turn on the air-conditioning as stale cigarette smoke would filter through the room.
