The themed private hot springs were unique and relaxing! Plus, having our own private jacuzzi bathtub in the room with a view of Mt. Fuji was amazing!

We had a 4-bed family room - which was actually split into 2 separate spaces, so it was great for a family. We booked a Mount Fuji-view room, and it was beautiful.
It’s a bit of a way out of Kawaguchiko, and the hotel bus only runs once an hour. I didn’t realise the bus had to be pre-booked, so we weren’t able to get onto it, even though there was space available, which was disappointing.
