This property is superb in every respect. From reception to dining to the location of the property, you could not ask for a better traditional style place to stay. We had a lake side view which was beautiful.
The traditional Japanese style dinner was a great decision. Staff is very, very helpful and courteous.
Housekeeping kept the room immaculately clean

Staff was incredible. Excellent communication and it helps that they have people fluent in English. Room authentic old school Japanese but up to date. Very unique experience and well worth it.

I had a great experience, after Tokyo to revitalize and ready for the next city on my adventure.
In the Summertime of the two night stay, my second night provided good views of Mt Fuji and Lake from the hotel rooftop viewing area.
The Spa facilities were great, and my massage was awesome.
The Onsen dinner was good, and breakfast had many choices, and was good quality overall.
I could recommend Konansou to friends.
