The location was perfect and the amenities were great. The hotel restaurants is absolutely amazing!
There was a cigaret smell in our non smoking room on the first night but it disappeared in the morning. Other than that, the rest was great.

Great location with great Mt. Fuji view rooms. Easy walk to nearby stores, restaurants and the busy and crowded Kawaguchiko bus station. We chose this hotel especially for its Mt. Fuji view rooms.
The nearby Kawaguchiko bus station was too crowded and busy for me (May 17-19, 2026). In the future, I will probably choose a hotel near a different bus station.

The view of Mt Fuji was incredible from our room.
We are from Australia and there was no streaming services available on the tv, it was Japanese tv only. I sent a message via the app about this issue but received no reply. Getting a taxi from the hotel was really hard. Rooms are cleaned whether you like it or not. Came back from being out in the morning to our room door wide open, when we walked back in the room, the cleaner just wandered in with the vacuum and said nothing. I felt an invasion of privacy.
