    Long in the tooth in need of room makeovers. Once the place, now operating on past glorys. Rooms have stained carpets, smelly bathrooms, outdated worn furniture. The staff are very kind but English deficient. Bring your Google Translate. Would I stay here again? Will definitely search out other hotels but could if I had to.

    I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and overall, the experience was just average. I didn’t feel it offered good value for money, especially compared with other hotels in the same category. The cleanliness could have been better, and the hotel lacked facilities and amenities. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly helpful from the moment we checked in. The exception was the van service team, who provided excellent service and were genuinely helpful. I would like to express my sincere thanks to them. On the positive side, both the buffet dinner and breakfast were great, with a good selection of food. However, one major downside was the strong smell that lingered on my clothes after dining, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff service. I wouldn’t highly recommend this hotel, although the food and van service were definite highlights.
