Modern & clean hotel. Good location to view Mount Fuji if the weather permits. Simple and good breakfast, with free drinks and cocktails in the afternoon and evening.

We stayed at this hotel from April 15 (check-in around 8:00 PM) to April 16.
Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. The staff member was quite rude during our interaction. While speaking to us, they waved their hand very close to us in an inappropriate manner. When we requested an extra pillow, we were told that it was no longer available, which we could understand—but the way it was communicated was impolite.
What shocked us the most was that the staff member gestured as if to dismiss us and asked us to leave the reception counter. This behavior felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
We were especially disappointed because this kind of attitude reflects a lack of service mind, which is unexpected from a hotel.
We, had a very bad impression from this experience.
We would not recommend this hotel to others based on this incident.
