    Hotel sangat direkomendasi karena berada di tepi lake kawaguchi & ada bus station didepannya.. ada layanan jemout n antar ke kawaguchi station.. onsen nya bagus sekali ada indoor, semi outdoor, outdoor and masage pool.. staf sangat sopan dan friendly.. rekomendasi dan harus ambil dengan Dinner-nya sangat baik!! Quality makanan dinner dan minuman beer hingga alkohol tersedia.. very recommended

    I loved loved loved this stay. You can see the Fuji from the highest floor (viewing area). Room is amazing, room is clean. Loved it. Near to food places and convenience stores

    I want to first off say that the staff we very pleasant and especially respectfully a gentleman, Suzuki a 76 year old parking attendant who was the very best, the staff do by no means reflect the state of the hotel, that belongs to the management and owners. Before writing a review I read the reviews and was a little surprised to be honest. I paid over ### dollars a night for 2 nights and I know it’s all about location but this has to be the most disappointing hotel room experience I have ever had to deal with. The room which was a luxury huge room for 2 adults and 1 child was not just a little old as mentioned in some reviews. It was very old and not even maintained with regular maintenance and housekeeping visits for a little attention to damage or a needed upgrade. The carpets were filthy the furniture old and damaged and the bathroom and toilet were something from the 70’s. All this with a check in that felt like an orientation and a must comply 10.00 AM check
