    Read and learn from other reviews that require a sedan car to get in here. Getting here is narrow road. Beautiful house with modern amenities.

    10 min walk from kawaguchiko station. Stunning view of Mount Fuji from yard, balcony, and jacuzzi bath. Great value and location. BBQ in the yard with view of Fuji. However, do note that the unit we booked (103 on the side facing Fuji) had no rooms on the ground floor and you need to take stairs to second floor. I think some of the other units may have ground floor rooms or rooftop access, but ours did not. Keep in mind in case of guests with mobility issues.

    If you’re planning to stay at Kawaguchiko area, this villa is a must! It offers stunning views which for me were unforgettable. It’s recommended that you rent a car to around 👍🏻

    Beware if you’re driving your own car. Driveway into the estate is extremely narrow and even locals had to slow down to turn in. Good luck if there are any vehicles trying to exit at the same time. Surrounding area looks dilapidated. For the same price you can get similar sized homes with much better view in the same area. Dryer didn’t work with error message on display and instead of checking the customer support just said we’ve overloaded the machine and ignored us. The dryer didn’t work even when we placed 3 towels. Luckily there’s coin laundry near us. Overall a decent accommodation but grossly overpriced for the experience.
