The staff are excellent and so nice.
The bath in the room is not comfortable and one of the onsen did not work recently

Everything was wonderful. Excellent location with a great view, clean and cozy rooms, and outstanding hospitality from the staff.

The view from our room overlooking Lake Kawaguchi and on to Mt Fuji.
While the staff were very attentive the hotel will (imo) need to change if it is to attract visitors from the west and survive.
