Un établissement tout neuf et très propre bien situé proche de la gare de Fujikawaguchiko. Confortable et pratique.

La struttura si trova 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La camera è molto ampia, un bell'appartamento ben arredato, pulito e con una cucina perfettamente utilizzabile per prepararsi la colazione, pranzo e cena. La camera ha ben 4 posti letto: 2 letti singoli e 2 sul futon giapponese. Personale molto gentile e la procedura di check-in e check-out è facile e veloce.

Avevamo chiesto una camera silenziosa e ci hanno dato la camera 102 al piano terra in mezzo alla camera 101 e 103. Le stanze non sono molto insonorizzate e quindi si sente tutto dal piano di sopra, dai corridoi e dalle camere vicine. La stanza è al piano terra è ha delle grosse finestre che non si posso aprire o tirare su le tende in quanto danno direttamente sulla strada con il passaggio delle persone.

The location of the unit is very near to the bus station, convenience store. It is just opposite the famous Lawson with Fuji view at the back. Totally recommend the stay to other travelers. worth the pay

There is no staff on stanby if need anything. they didn explain how to use the bicycle provided by the hotel.

Location, in principle clean however there were some issues

Pillows to small and too soft and smelling bad. Bed linen also smelling bad. As no staff available difficult to get replacement and extra pillows One of our family members had insect bites over her face and body the next day. We suspect bed bugs
