Spaziosa, ordinata, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, il bagno spettacolare, sembra di stare in un piccolo onsen e poi ciliegina sulla torta: vista monte fuji dalla finestra!!

Excellent location
Large room.
Fabulous shower and water pressure.
Bike rental was easy and bikes were perfect.
Friendly staff
Beds were too hard/not very comfortable, disappointing considering the high quality of the rest of the facilities.

Location, in principle clean however there were some issues
Pillows to small and too soft and smelling bad. Bed linen also smelling bad.
As no staff available difficult to get replacement and extra pillows
One of our family members had insect bites over her face and body the next day. We suspect bed bugs
