Upper Deck is a first floor apartment resting within Dartmouth. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom, with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room. Outside, you will find a small decked area with seating and a permit parking pass. Upper Deck is a superb base for exploring this part Devon.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Fridge with ice-box, table top freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bed linen, tea towels and bath mat inc. in rent. You will need to bring your own towels. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Unreserved Permit parking.Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. Decked area with furniture. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular sandy beaches are a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
