The house was perfect for us. Great location just a short walk from the centre of town and the riverside but also close to nice countryside walks for our dog. Lovely and peaceful at the time of year that we stayed. Comfortable bed and lounge furniture
The kitchen is a little small if you are planning on more self catering. If you are eating out or ordering takeaways it’s fine. We also brought some pre prepared meals with us and the microwave was perfect for these.

The location is incredible
It might be useful to advise the best entry point by road. We came in from the top which IMO is the better option and it would be helpful for incoming guest to know this

Topsail is a top property. Great communication from the agent and great views.
I found the designated parking space a bit confusing.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed , views amazing
Only one sofa and hard chair for four of us to sit on so a squash when we all sat down
You must be aware the property is at the top of an extremely steep hill so be mindful if walking an issue , smaller than it looked in photos
