Fantastic views over Dartmouth and the river
Very cosy little cottage.
Comfortable beds
Great for walking into the centre, a steep hill back but you do get used to it
There needs to be a comfortable chair in the living area. There were two of us so it didn’t matter, if there were for people you’d be fighting for the couch.
Would be great if the garden room was finished and a washing machine was put in.
Having said that it didn’t spoil our stay. I would have given it top marks that’s all

The House and views were perfect.. would be even better in the summer!
Unfortunately we had to clean a few things in the kitchen missed by the cleaners.. not the property owners fault!

Beautifully decorated and well appointed , views amazing
Only one sofa and hard chair for four of us to sit on so a squash when we all sat down
You must be aware the property is at the top of an extremely steep hill so be mindful if walking an issue , smaller than it looked in photos
