Harbour Heights

Exceptionally built onto the hill, 4 outside seating areas , one with a conservatory where the dining area is, one with a bench, one with an extra one-room-gardenhouse, one with the terrace and extraordinary views on Kingswear and the harbour. All on different levels and connected by stairs. Great interior which makes you feel at home right away. Kitchen has got every tool one might need.

Actually nothing really. One should be aware of having to climb stairs when you want to enjoy the different terraces, of course.

Downstairs needs more ventilation - there's no air movement, opening windows isn't an option in either room, for different reasons. The result is airless and condensation. Shirts in the front bedroom began to feel slightly damp (though this isn't a damp problem, its a lack of ventilation problem). Masking with half a dozen pots of room scent makes it almost overwhelming because that scented air can't move, either. So bedrooms not so good

Beautiful location with incredible views. It was the house that kept on giving - every room was so comfortable and well equipped.

Nothing. It was perfect

The view was amazing! Lovely property.

Parking was a bit difficult
