Downstairs needs more ventilation - there's no air movement, opening windows isn't an option in either room, for different reasons. The result is airless and condensation. Shirts in the front bedroom began to feel slightly damp (though this isn't a damp problem, its a lack of ventilation problem). Masking with half a dozen pots of room scent makes it almost overwhelming because that scented air can't move, either. So bedrooms not so good

Cosy comfortable little house with great garden room, up steps in the garden.
Had everything we needed, was warm and had wonderful views
