Disappointing

Location, facilities, parking permit.

Cleaning not good. Home needs some TLC, looking very tired and worn since last visited.

The location was central and the property had plenty of room for four people. Good parking.

We appreciated the milk provided to us as well as the fresh flowers in the dining room. We also appreciated the prompt appearance of the maintenance person to unlock the door following our mix up with the key.

Light over shower of ensuite not working and door catch on top bedroom not closing properly. No hand soap in the kitchen.

Good location for town centre although up a steep hill.

Great stay, great house, great location. Dartmouth is beautiful and would absolutely recommend it.

We loved the location and outside space. Definite bonus to have the parking permit. It got a bit hot (just due to some great weather) but we were able to borrow fans from the property contact so all good!

There is really only enough seating in the lounge area for 5 people - 2 chairs and a 3 seater sofa. Only downside to an otherwise brilliant house though.

Good sized well presented townhouse house in a great location.

Good location, clean & nice well proportioned modern layout and comfy bedrooms.

Sticky front door (hard to open/close - possibly swelling due to weather). No off street parking and with single lane road you had to be quick loading /unloading the car so not to block traffic. However there was free parking options nearby so not an issue outside of this. also the Nespresso coffee machine and bedside lights in the top bedroom weren’t working or fixed during our stay. Small niggles from what was overall a lovely place to stay.

Exceptional

Very convenient for the Main Street in Dartmouth. 2 mins walk from M&S and local pub. Great dog friendly house with throws on sofas and small outdoor courtyard on lower level, nice patio area on upper level. House lovely and clean and had everything we needed.

No views from the property but nice outdoor areas and just 2minute walk from everything so it doesn’t really matter. One small comment though - be careful with door handles; they are very stiff and you need a good grip to get into the bathroom. A workman did arrive during our stay to sort the handle out but it was still difficult to open so we made sure the door was kept open with a door stop.

Fantastic house in a great location!

Lovely house, our second time here and had a fantastic stay. Really comfortable house with modern amenities and has character. Location is perfect and great to have the parking permit for the local car park too.

Nothing! Check out time is early at the moment due to COVID which is understandable but a bit rushed packing up and leaving.
