The house was lovely. Very clean and comfortable and ideally situated for a stay in Dartmouth. We loved it and would definitely go there again. Easy to get to the waterside and to get a boat or a ferry to other lovely places.
Clearer directions on how to find the property. A downstairs toilet would have been nice.

Property location was perfect in the heart of everything.
The house itself is spotless with all the amenities you would expect from a rental.

Great location in the centre of Dartmouth but still quiet! Comfy beds and well equipped.
No Welcome Pack, no artwork on the walls, no logs for the wood burner. We weren’t told about a free parking permit so ended up getting a parking fine!! No way of contacting the office directly… sadly a great property mismanaged.
