We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful town.

The property has amazing views over Dartmouth and the surrounding countryside. The owner was extremely helpful. The house has character and provided a wonderful base for our New Year celebrations.

No complaints for our 1-night stay, but if we were staying longer, we would have wanted a cleaner and better equipped kitchen.

Decent location but in need to a full refurbishment

We arrived late and left early in December so didn’t see any of the view. There looks to be a pleasant outside balcony which could be great in the summer

The front door is rotten and has in the damp expanded and it’s difficult to open and close. The heating didn’t work. The carpets are filthy. The kitchen cupboards are de-laminating and there was dirty cups and plates left in the dishwasher unwashed. The oven had food debris and oil from a previous use. The main bathrooms shower riser doesn’t hold the shower head. The pressure flings it off meaning you need to hold it. The shower en suite is slow draining suggesting it too needs attention.

Size of property, facilities, well equipped, location ,views where excellent. We would most definitely book again.

The entrance and steps to the property needed to be sweeped up as it was the first bad expression. A note in the description needs to mention steep steps to enter property . Also some of the carpets need a deep clean .

Deceptively spacious house, with enough room 8. Rooms were lovely and clean with nice furnishings. Very good location within walking distance to the main town. Katrina was also very helpful and pleasant :)

Could have been more cleaning bits, such as bin bags and the chandelier in the lounge was far too low, as we kept bumping our heads. Other than that had a lovely stay.

although property quite a short walk it is up hill on way back. But it’s so easy to catch the bus from practically just

kitchen and door to walk out onto the balcony was great to sit and have a drink

Excellent stay in Dartmouth

Everything about this house was beautiful. The rooms were so clean and extremely comfortable. The views are beautiful 😍 would definitely stay there again.

Just the candelabra in the lounge we kept banging our heads on it lol 😂 Also could do with Door Matt for when it's wet.

Fabulous base to catch up with family

All the thoughtful little touches, spare blankets in the living room, chocolates on arrival, coffees and tea supplied. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Views were spectacular
