This contemporary property is ideal for couples or small families, and enjoys a superb, elevated location above buzzing Dartmouth, making it a great base for exploring South Devon. The historic harbour town boasts a variety of boutique shops, fabulous art galleries and high-quality restaurants, with numerous festivals and events taking place throughout the year. There are two small beaches in the town itself, while the larger Blackpool Sands is only 3.5 miles away. Hike the coast path or the Dart Valley Trail, or join a cruise along the River Dart for a different perspective on Kingswear and Dartmouth Castles, Britannia Royal Naval College, Dittisham village, Sir Walter Raleigh's boathouse and Greenway Quay. The National Trust’s Greenway House, the holiday home of author Agatha Christie, is 6.5 miles away. Families will also enjoy Paignton Zoo, 8.5 miles, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway (1.5 miles).
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events, The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.
