The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TVs and two second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, there is also a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with bistro garden furniture and permit parking in the town centre car park. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Grants Cottage is perfectly located for a family getaway to Dartmouth.
