The location was perfect. the property as a whole was very lovely to stay in. the family enjoyed staying there and were sad to leave. Everywhere is Dartmounth was a walking distance. We had great bedroom views.
The previous people left their rubbish and I had to put it out for the bin men to collect. We didn't use the garden much because of the rubbish. There was a problem with the boiler but did find a workaround.

The cottage was bright and very clean inside, we instantly felt at home. Dartmouth is a great town to be based in and we enjoyed walking nearby as well as trips to National Trust properties.
Communication is handled by Sykes Holidays, which is poor. They redirect you to a local agency, Coast & Country Cottages, which is much easier to deal with.

"Its position. The parking near by. The fact it had two double bedrooms rooms with great views and two bath rooms, which was perfect for us a family. It was very cosy and very clean. Thank you"
