Die Lage ist toll. Die Ausstattung hat gut gepasst. Grundsätzlich hat man beim Haus alles was es für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Wir durften auch schon früher einchecken.
Als wir angekommen sind waren noch alle Fensterbalken zu, es war sehr staubig und überall in den Ecken waren Spinnennetze und Spinnen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir seit Herbst die ersten Gäste waren und seitdem nicht mehr wirklich drüber geputzt wurde - das war sehr schade und hat den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.

Świetna lokalizacja zaraz przy starej części miasta, do plaży blisko chociaż jak wszędzie w tej miejscowości ostro z górki , domek przestronny, czysty, spokojnie 8 osób się mieści - dobry stosunek jakości do ceny

Any kitchen equipment was there, as well as two dishwashers. For big family trips it is perfectly equipped and you can cook each day. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The beach is only 8min walking away, but consider that you have to walk down a hill to get there. Vrsar is build in a hill, so be aware that you will have lot of down and up hill walks.
No private parking slot available, but normally there is always a free space in front of the villa, but worst case you can park on a public parking slot down the hill (2min).
