Casa San Marco is a beautifully restored traditional stone house located in the peaceful village of Valkarin, in the Poreč area. With 3 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, it is an ideal choice for families and groups looking for a relaxing holiday in Istria.
The ground floor features a comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed.
One bedroom with a queen-size bed.
The second floor offers a spacious open-plan sleeping area with:
Two queen-size beds
A sofa bed suitable for one additional guest
The house is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a small but cosy garden with a private swimming pool, which can be heated on request, making it perfect for relaxation and fun throughout the season.
