A beautifully tasteful property with large rooms and a lovely swimming pool. Very peaceful and easy to stay in. Superb view. Excellent facilities for cooking and a very useful wine honesty system. We didn’t need air conditioning downstairs despite very hot weather and only needed occasionally upstairs.
Within easy reach of a large supermarket at Spoleto and within easy driving distance of Trevi and Spello. Walking distance to an excellent restaurant at the Marmotta hotel, part of the same estate.

Die Nähe zu Spoleto ist von Vorteil, die Wohnungen sind sehr gross und teilweise gut möbliert, dem Stil der Anlage angepasst.
Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräuschempfindlich, man hört die Nachbarn oben und seitlich. Der Pool ist zwar sehr groß, und es gibt 14 - 20 Liegen, allerdi.gs nur 1 größeren Sonnenschirm, und es gibt außer dem schmalen Streifen um den Pool keine Liegeweise oder Terrasse. Bei den Wohnungen direkt gibt es keine Sonnenliegen, der Weg zu dem tiefer
gelegenen Pool ist eng und beschwerlich. Das Wasser im Pool schien trüb und von zweifelhafter Qualität-
