Quiet and relaxing

Beautiful location, forest nearby, quiet and lot of fresh air. Swimming pool is great, clean and good looking rooms and anemities. Staff is nice and helpful. Great place for relaxing!

There were two beds instead of one double bed. They mention that breakfast is mostrly with sweet home made pastries, good quality, however I would prefer more conventional.

Comfortable hotel in the countryside with pool & lovely staff only 10km from the exquisite Spoleto.

Friendly staff; cool, spacious bedroom; warm welcome to my dog; swimming pool; goats and a donkey and pony on site; easy reach of Spoleto.

The breakfast was not fantastic; too much bread and cake; very little fresh fruit.

Relaxing week

The location is strategic. After a long day spent visiting it is very nice to relax in the garden equipped with a swimmable pool. Common space and rooms are really clean. Also daily room cleaning is really well done. Breakfast has all you need and well served.

The check-in time is quite strict. If you plan to arrive before 16 it is better to call. I wrote a text but it looks like it was not read. By the way housekeeper phoned the owner and at 3 pm we managed to check in.

Staff were kind but not experienced/professional enough. The room was provided with air conditioning but it was so loud that we couldn’t keep it on during the night. The breakfast didn’t include any handmade / km 0 food, which should’ve been provisioned, due to the location.

Davvero bello e in linea con le aspettative

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, pulita e confortevole, credo recentemente ristrutturata. In estate credo top in quanto si può in quel caso apprezzare anche giardino e piscina. Ottima la colazione, sia per qualità che quantita'.

Visto che le camere purtroppo non sono molto insonorizzate non mi è piaciuto la domenica mattina alla 8 essere svegliato dalla signora delle pulizie, magari sarebbe meglio lasciare gli ospiti tranquilli fino alle 9,30-10,00.

Bellissima struttura e personale gentilissimo

Bellissima struttura ,immersa nel verde e allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti in macchina dalla meccanizzazione grazie alla quale si puó raggiungere il centro di Spoleto. Camere confortevoli e soprattutto pulite, colazione ottima con prodotti di qualità. Personale disponibile e gentile, hanno risolto subito un problema capitato pur essendo il giorno di capodanno. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura e torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi!

Nel complesso soddisfacente a parte qualche dettaglio.

Struttura nuova e ottima colazione

Alcuni servizi erano un po’ carenti tipo lavandino intasato, doccia mal funzionante, copri water danneggiato. In una camera non era presente l’acqua nel frigo e il bollitore era inutilizzabile perché non collegato alla corrente (mancava adattatore/ciabatta). Nell’altra camera il copriletto era macchiato.

La pulizia….la posizione….camere molto belle grandi e comode. Aria condizionata ottima…cambio asciugamani super ottimo e attenti.

La piscina…praticamente è la piscina del paese vengono da per tutto a fare il bagno lì non abbiamo mai capito se pagassero un ingresso o bastasse una consumazione al bar ma comunque per una coppia come noi che abbiamo pagato una bella cifra per stare 4 notti al borgo delle mole non abbiamo apprezzato che in piscina ci fosse chiunque sempre piena e per trovare posto facevi fatica… non che chiasso da piscina a tutte le ore (anche ore di riposo). Posso capire che l’hotel possa aprire l’ingresso a chi vuole ma non è assolutamente ambiente rilassante che cercavamo noi e in più molte volte vista l’affluenza di persone esterne si faceva fatica a trovare anche parcheggio. Non consiglio se cercate un stacco dal caos perché nel week è ancora più pieno di gente esterna. Consiglio di prendere una stanza nelle vicinanze pagate molto meno e usufruite della piscina del borgo!! Peccato perché il posto è molto bello e potrebbe essere ancora meglio….la piscina la deve usare secondo me chi sta nella struttura e paga per dormire lì.

Casale antico ristrutturato con ottimo gusto e dotato di una bella piscina. Posizione comoda, molto tranquilla anche se piuttosto vicina alla strada. Personale disponibile. Simpatica la presenza di un gattino divenuto la mascotte della struttura. Colazione ottima.

La piscina è aperta anche ai giornalieri che non sono ospiti ma nei due giorni che abbiamo trascorso presso il Borgo delle Mole non abbiamo mai avuto situazioni spiacevoli di sovraffollamento. Siamo stati bene.

La colazione. Nel senso che molte delle cose proposte sono surgelate (cornetti, e soprattutto il pane) cosa onestamente inaccettabile per un agriturismo. Inoltre è molto curata la proposta dolci mentre è piuttosto scarsa l'offerta del salato (qualche fettina di prosciutto crudo e cotto e nient'altro). Rivedrei completamente l'offerta per suggellare un soggiorno da sogno! Grazie!

Relax con eleganza e semplicità

Soggiorno piacevole sotto tutti gli aspetti, in particolare la struttura molto curata e accogliente e il giardino circostante molto bello e adatto ad un piacevole relax e infine la colazione ottima e adatta per tutti i gusti. La posizione è un buon punto di artenza per visitare i centri circostanti come Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco, le fonti del Clitunno e la bella campagna umbra.

Non ho proprio nulla da eccepire e, potendo, ci ritornerei, magari nella stagione più calda visto che c'è anche una bella piscina
