Tutto perfetto dal personale sempre pronto e disponibile ai proprietari,se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo inconveniente l'ultima cena, tempo di attesa lunghissimo però può succedere.

Il silenzio, i ritmi rilassati, la struttura antica, il castello, il cielo stellato, le panchine e le sdraio a disposizione, la terrazza panoramica, la musica soft, le attività proposte, il personale in particolare Lars l'operatore della spa.
Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Lascerei tutto cosi come è adesso, concentrando qualche attenzione in più sulla ristorazione. Ora ad esempio non è previsto il pranzo mentre sarebbe auspicabile un pranzo a buffet. L'esperienza inoltre potrebbe valorizzare maggiormente i sapori del territorio, fornendo più varietà a chi non ama il tartufo e offrendo prodotti tipici della regione come zuppe di legumi e cereali, formaggi e affettati di qualità e varietà di dolci fatti in casa.
